    Works great for braids
    I love this product for braids. My son had it and asked me to use it in his braids and I did and the braids were so nice and sleek and uniformed! They stayed in and nice for about 3 weeks! Not a hair out of place!!! It’s not greasy, it’s thick so u only need a small amount of product when using it! A little goes a long way! Definitely recommend! I buy it myself now too!

    Has great use but definitely doesn’t lay edges
    I LOOOOOOVE the smell of this gel. I like using it to twist my locs/braids after cleaning up my parts BUT this definitely doesn’t lay your edges and keep them laid. I found the black version of this actually does that (I apply mousse first and spritz my edges with Gots 2 B in the yellow can). This product is great, just doesn’t do this specific thing if that’s what you’re looking for. Also, this jar has lasted me quite some time. My last order was Oct 2023 and as of Jan 2025, I’m still using it! I am pleased with my purchase, no regrets; I just use this and the black version for the edges. No biggie for me.

    This gel is great, the texture is firm and smooth and makes each part perfect! Would only buy this when doing my faux locs and braids. Great product!

    I like the consistency of this product, it does work better than some of my other products to twist with. However, it is a little sticky for my liking.
