Definite improvement in my nails. Don’t know yet for my skin and hair.
I am 78 years old and noticed that my hair had become thinner than it was in my youth. I bought this supplement primarily to improve the thickness and condition of my hair. I have been using this supplement for a couple of months, and have noticed some changes. 1) As yet, I haven’t noticed my hair being any thicker, but I have noticed there is less hair in my brush when I brush it and also there is less hair coming out when I wash my hair. I suppose less hair loss could eventually cause more thickness in my hair, but, as yet, have not noticed any new hair growth. 2) My nails had been breaking and sometimes they broke so short it was painful. They also had lines the length of the nails that almost looked like they were dry. So far, the greatest change I have seen is that my nail are now smooth and no longer have lines/ridges on them. In addition, they are breaking and splitting a lot less often than before using this supplement.At my age, any improvement to my skin, will take time. Although I don’t have a lot of wrinkles, gravity has definitely had an affect on my skin in more areas than just my face. I am happy with the affect of this supplement on my nails, but am assuming it will take a while longer to have much affect on my skin and hair. It took a few years for my hair to get thinner and for some areas of my skin to start sagging. I am not expecting miracles, and will continue to use this supplement to find out whether long term use helps. The picture included is current. Small Progress but Progress
Iâm gonna say it does work, slow noticeable progress within a month. I noticed my baby hairs and edges were growing more and filling in and new growth spurting out the top of my head. When I first started taking these the first several days it made my head so so so itchy. I was taking 2x a day so I went down to 1 a day and it was a little less itchy but at around the 2nd week it went away. It did break my skin out, around the start of the 2nd week I noticed pimples on my face which is a bit odd since I usually donât have acne or pimples thankfully, itâs not bad but it was more than what I usually get, it grew my side burns a lot lol and as for my nails I felt like they grew quicker but i couldnât really tell since I have false nails on but I did see some growth under the false nail. The pills taste isnât that bad, then arenât nasty just a normal vitamin taste. As for my hair, it honestly does feel thicker when I put it in a pony, I noticed that a couple days ago. I donât know if my hair grew a lot since itâs only been a month but I noticed new hair and my edges/baby hairs thickening out. To add to that Iâve also been oiling my scalp 1-2x a week with a hair growth oil and Iâve been using this Onion and Biotin shampoo and conditioner Iâve found off tiktok whenever I feel like my hair needs a washing so I feel like all these together have definitely gave me the growth I was looking for within a month. My hair growths EXTREMELY SLOW, and due to some health problems Iâve lost hair and itâs def thinned out. Iâm going to continue to stick with this routine and these pills because I do definitely notice some growth and I am happy with it. 🙂

Workâ¦but always short.
The vitamins work pretty well, however I am needing to change to a different type of vitamin due to a health condition.The one issue I had with these vitamins is every bottle that I received was shorted by 1 vitamin capsule. I ended up just hanging on to the extra capsule each month expecting to be shorted the next month.My hair and nails did seem to grow a little quicker the past few months. I didnât notice my nails being any stronger nor did I notice much of a change in my energy level.These are reasonably priced and even cheaper if you purchase on the subscription.
