Works really well and from a well known brand
The device I am reviewing is the “Portable Home Laser Hair Removal System” from a well-known brand. This device is designed to help you remove unwanted hair from the comfort of your own home, using the power of laser technology. The standout feature of this device is its ease of use, convenience, and effectiveness. The device is portable, which means you can use it anywhere, whether you’re at home or on the go. It’s lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry around with you.One of the best things about this device is how convenient it is. You no longer have to book appointments at a salon or spa to get laser hair removal done. You can do it yourself at home, at a time that suits you. The device is also cost-effective, as you only need to make a one-time purchase, rather than paying for multiple salon treatments. In terms of effectiveness, the device is definitely worth it. After almost six weeks of use, I have noticed a significant reduction in the appearance of hair on my legs and underarms. The hair is becoming thinner and sparser, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s important to note that laser hair removal is a process, and it takes time to see results. But with continued use, I’m confident that I’ll achieve the results I’m looking for.Overall, I highly recommend the “Portable Home Laser Hair Removal System” to anyone looking for a convenient and cost-effective way to remove unwanted hair from the comfort of their own home. The device is easy to use, convenient, and effective, and it’s definitely worth the investment. While it may take some time to see results, the fact that the hair is slowly reducing in appearance and becoming more thin is a great indication that the device is doing its job.

Effective Hair Removal, But Could Be More Powerful
The Braun IPL Silk Expert Mini PL1014 is a great device for at-home hair removal and delivers noticeable results over time. It’s compact, easy to use, and works well for both body and facial hair. The inclusion of the Venus razor is a nice touch, helping with pre-treatment.After several uses, I’ve seen a reduction in hair regrowth, but I feel the intensity could be a bit stronger for quicker results. While it’s effective, it requires patience and consistency to achieve the desired outcome.Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient option for long-term hair reduction, but it might take a little more time compared to higher-powered devices. A solid option if you’re looking for a more gradual, at-home solution.

It works better than I expected!
I’m pretty impressed with this little guy for the price. I’ve been doing it about 6 weeks now and have about a 75% reduction in hair, which is way better than I was hoping for! It is kind of annoying and time consuming – for legs, bikini, and underarms, it takes me about half an hour – but it doesn’t hurt and is totally worth it! Shaving takes no time at all now, and I’m excited to see how much more of a reduction I get as I keep using it. Overall, I was dubious and heavily debated getting the nicer Braun ipl (that’s a lot more expensive), but this is totally working how I wanted it to! I recommend it as long as you’ve got a spare 30-40 min once a week for a few months!

This does not work at all.
I have tried a few home laser hair removers with some degree of success but this on did not work at all. Total waste of money and time.

1st time user, didn’t burn me,let’s se how it goes
12/24/23:THINGS I APRECIATE: I used this for the first time and first IPL device so I don’t have anything to compare it to. Doing this review so others who are interested can also see. The size of the device is the size of my iPhone XS with a thin case over it. AS A FIRST TIME USER, I read ALL the instructions. I have dark hair and fair skin. I do have photosensitivity due to my immune system and medicine I take. However, it did not sting when I was using it on my face. Some people are describing it like a rubber band being snapped on then but that’s not the case. I used it on moustache and chin hairs and when the light flashed, you could smell burned hair but the hair was still there if you didn’t get a close shave. The skin sensor works well so if it’s doesn’t have full contact with the skin, it will show red and not flash until it’s pink or white. No discoloration as the moment. The cord is long so if you’re standing, it can reach your face with cord left over (I’m 5’1).THINGS I DONT LIKE: It says that can you just look away when using IPL (for the flash) and your eyes should be good but I don’t know. I wish it came with glasses- so I bought some IPL certified glasses from “Phillips Safety” bc I only have one set of eyeballs. One other thing, for that price, I also wish it came with 2 more razors and not just 1. Another thing that I don’t like is that you can’t tell what area you did so there’s a high chance I may have missed some spots- thinking that’s why there is the gliding option but if you’re hoping for one spot, I find it a little hard.

It works, but it gets HOT.
The thing seems to be working alright, but it has one major issue: it gets HOT super quickly. This wouldn’t be a huge deal in of itself, but the thing detects when it starts getting hot and throttles how quickly it can go off. This happens to me in the time I can do one part of my thigh top to bottom. I’d imagine this product is alright if you are just doing small parts of your body, but frankly the reduced speed makes it much harder to drag the thing at just the right speed to get good exposure. It takes a while to cool back down too.I don’t think I’ll return it, but I’m probably going to buy a cheaper IPL device to use alongside it. Whatever Braun is doing in terms of cooling needs to be overhauled. The current thermal system isn’t wicking heat nearly as fast as it should be.

  7. Unfortunately it didn’t work for my hair…

Good but doesn’t work on some dark parts
It works well but, doesn’t work on some dark parts at all
