    Must have for pregnancy
    When I am pregnant my nose swells and I have a hard time breathing clearly every night. It was such a struggle to sleep until I found these little strips! They work so well, I wear them every night and can breathe clearly and sleep great. The adhesive is strong enough to last all night keeping my nostrils open. I love that they are a natural option. The only downside is that they do leave a mark on your nose with some of the adhesive that you have to really rub off in the morning. I also find that my nose gets slightly red after wearing. Once every week I give my nose a break for a night from wearing a strip and I am good for another week. Great product, highly recommend.

    I can breathe!
    I was skeptical at first that nasal strips would help with my severe nasal inflammation and congestion. However, they work so well! I think they’re actually changing the shape of the nasal passage and making it easier to breathe even when I’m not wearing them. The only drawback is they do leave a sticky residue on your nose that is difficult to wash off. I will take that over not being able to breathe out of my nose though. I sleep with them on overnight and they’re still in place the next morning. They work just like a bandaid, but pull apart instead of hold together.

    I sleep well using this. But I don’t like the sticky feeling on my nose after waking up.Sometimes it comes unattached on one side during the night which is annoying.

    Makes breathing easier but pulls off
    Works good for a moment. Can’t definitely breathe better when it works. But the peels off the nose very quick after applying. ESPECIALLY if working out in any way.

    I’m not able to sleep without one..
    For whatever reason my nasal cavity continues to slam shut on me which normally ends up with one nostril completely plugged and the other with restricted breathing. I have had sinus surgery to open things up, but without constant use of nasal sprays it eventually swells shut. Prescription sprays give me a headache and OTC sprays can only be used for a limited time before it just makes things worse.I am not a mouth breather. Sleeping is extremely difficult as I need to stay in very specific position or I end up feeling like I am suffocating. Usually my right nostril is completely closed so I need to lay on the left side of my face and use the pillow to stretch my cheek to open my left nostril. It is almost impossible to maintain that position overnight, so this has led to many, many sleepless nights.About 10(?) years ago I found these strips and they absolutely changed my sleeping, and waking life! I put one of these on and immediately felt my nose opening up. I got the best night sleep that night that I have had in years. I actually had very vivid dreams that I was not expecting. Apparently REM sleep was something I wasn’t getting before as I was constantly waking up feeling suffocated. The next day I was refreshed in a way I haven’t felt in a long time.I started with the 2 plastic strand tan version and was happy when they came out with these 3 strand clear. I do feel a slight increase in airflow with these.To people who are having a problem with the strip falling off you are probably not following the directions, or you may have very oily skin. You need to wash and dry your nose or the oils in your nose will break down the adhesive within hours. I was actually having problems with these sticking TOO MUCH to the point where I was getting a red spot at the bridge of my nose from peeling it off in the morning. I fixed this by putting a little dab of Burt’s Beeswax lip balm on the bridge of my nose and working it in to the strip as I’m putting it on. The sides stay nice and sticky but the tip doesn’t stick as much. A few splashes of warm water in the morning and it slides right off.I do use these nightly and have for years. I have seen no apparent side effects, however when you wake up and take this off you will notice your nose is slightly larger for a little while. As you get moving it settles back to normal, but I do wonder what long term use will do in this regard. As your nose continues to grow over your life I wonder if this may affect elasticity in the skin. But overall I really don’t care. I can breath!

    Very convenient way to get through pre-surgery period
    I was waiting on getting a nose surgery and these strips were essential to get me through the wait. I occasionally even wore these in public (wouldn’t really recommend) because I got desperate, and I found that it was the only thing to keep me breathing in a way that was not uncomfortable. The one thing I would like to point out is the difficult balance between getting it to not fall off without being super sticky. These are more on the sticky side in general I would say compared to other nasal strips.

    The product is great but the packaging is crushed due to delivery from USA to Singapore. Would NOT recommend to buy from Amazon US.

    Can give you a quick relief for your nose airways if one is blocked, I think this is gonna be perfect in gym or while sleeping, to help depend more on nose breathing rather than mouth when exercising.
