    Very Impressed
I find that lip products for healing are are often wrongly reviewed for people like me with very dry lips. I am 62 so I have tried many products in the past. My lips are dry. I live in NYC so this issue arises when it is cold. Anything petroleum based does nothing but sit on top of my lips. Same with wax (like Chapstick). I find Aquaphor and Vaseline a temporary fix but not hydrating. I find Laniege a complete rip-off. This product, which I found randomly, is different. I use this product now, an oil, and a shea butter product I bought in TJ Maxx. They all have different impact but I no longer have dry lips!

Amazing texture and feel on the lips. Smart and clean packaging!
This lip balm is very nice and definitely worth the price. It has a good amount of slip and melts on the lips. It really smooths my lips out and makes them look super nice. I got the mojito flavor which is super fun.Something I dislike about other kinds of pot lip balm is I don’t like dipping my fingers into the pot. This packaging solves that problem. Hopefully this lasts a while since you only need to use a tiny bit.

    It really plumps
This lip balm plumps and moisturizes. It feels great but I did get dry spots around my lips. I’m really not sure if it’s caused by the balm itself, I have chronic sensitive skin and the dry patches seem to have only appeared with constant use, after I stopped and catered to my skin a bit they went away. Ive used it since and it’s been great, I just haven’t used it constantly as I would another soothing lip balm. I still really like this one for when I’m doing a makeup look or something. It tingles a lot, and doesn’t taste at all, I don’t like the feeling when I get it in my mouth though so beware of that. The packaging is adorable and I love the twist top dispenser. I wouldn’t say this is worth the price but it’s a nice little splurge if you want a gift.

    Best!!
I have worked in cosmetic dermatology and around skin care products for the last 15 years. This product is worth the buy. It’s a nice size and I like the way it dispenses with a large surface area you can rub all over your lips. I lather it on at night almost like a mask and also use it more lightly throughout the day. I really feel like it moisturizes and doesn’t just sit on top of my lips. My lips are al says so dry, I use everything from prescription strength cortisone to every chapstick out there and nothing really works long term. This products does last and I also will say the smell is mild but pleasant as well as the consistency. Overall very worth the money in my opinion. I even put it on my 4 year old and she loves it too!!

    meh it’s a buzzkill
I don’t understand the hype over this lip butter.I was excited to try the CNP Honey Lip Butter. The promise of Manuka honey and propolis extract – both known for their antimicrobial properties – piqued my interest. Here’s my breakdown and experience.Honey of a List, or Marketing Hype?Alluring Ingredients: Manuka honey boasts antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, while propolis is a beehive resin with similar benefits. In theory, this combo could be a lip-healing dream team. But…Scrutinizing the Science: While research supports the general benefits of Manuka honey and propolis for wound healing and irritation, studies specifically on their effectiveness in lip balms, absolutely nothing about the feel, smell, or experience made me think Manuka was anywhere in the balm. I am actually kind of convinced it a gimmick. We use Manuka honey in this house weekly, and are big fans, I have zero reactions to it, but I did this.Ingredient Breakdown: The ingredient list prioritizes ingredients commonly found in petrolatum-based lip balms, including petrolatum itself (often referred to as petroleum jelly). While petrolatum is a great occlusive moisturizer, it doesn’t have the same healing or repairing properties) as the advertised Manuka honey and propolis extract.Textural Truths:Balmy Bliss: The texture is smooth and slick, offering a good initial layer of moisture. Those who enjoy a classic Vaseline-like balm might find this appealing. It’s honestly hard for me to believe this is nothing short of Vaseline in a fun and very expensive package.Night Shift Only?: While the ointment-like texture is great for nighttime use, it might feel a bit heavy for daytime wear under lipstick or for everyday touch-ups.Caveat Emptor:Price Point Ponderings: This lip butter falls on the pricier end of the lip balm spectrum. Considering the lack of published studies on the specific lip balm formula and its hero ingredients in this context, the price tag might be a turnoff for some. ISensitive Skin Savvy: While fragrance-free, some users have reported sensitivity to the product — I share in their experiences, it absolutely aggravated my upper lip in quite weird way. Have only had one other product do this, so I’m suspecting the quality is low. Patch testing is recommended, especially for those with very sensitive lips.In Conclusion:The CNP Honey Lip Butter offers a petrolatum-based, occlusive moisture layer, which some might find beneficial. However, the advertised Manuka honey and propolis extract appear lower on the ingredient list, leaving the healing or repairing properties in question. The price point might not be justified for everyone – I certainly wouldn’t buy it again, nor recommend it.

    Very hydrating
This honestly helps my dry lips so much and the fact that it also acts as an exfoliant to is a plus. I have been using this for a good 4 months and the sides of the container when I open it have started to leak product on the sides which is kind of annoying. Other than that it’s a great product nonetheless.

    No more dry lips
The packaging is simply the best of it all. I love how you need to turn the dial to get the product out to use. No need to stick your finger in or using the same stick and applying back and forth.I use this everyday and every night. It helps keeping my lips soft and moist in the winter cold. It is worth every pennies.
