   Good – well made – sturdy
   This jack is well made. The welds go all the way around. And it holds weight very well. Lifts an S.U.V. with minimal effort. I left it under my RAV4 while doing an oil change and got distracted. When I went back to my work area after over an hour, the jack was still holding right where I left it with no issues. It’s low profile easily slides under my Mercedes (which is low). I compared this to other jacks on Amazon for price, and this jack was my choice. I’m glad I bought it and if it ever comes the need for another one, I would buy it again.Mike V.Albuquerque, NM

   SUPER SMOOTH LIFT
   Works really great! Used it on several cars and SUVs without any issue, I did buy hydraulic fluid and greased it per instructions included with the Jack. I am super happy with this purchase! I just wanted to say the jack is super smooth in functioning, I’ve used some before that the handle is hard to turn and almost seems to freeze once the vehicle has been jacked up, this is not the case with this jack, after following the provided instructions on greasing and priming, I was able to turn the handle smooth as butter and control the descent of the vehicle with remarkable ease.

   What goes up apparently does not always come down…
   Unable to give ZERO STARS RATING. Been using floor jacks and bottle jacks for over forty years. Fairly easy concept. Was really excited about the low profile and 2-speed action of this jack. Alas, FIRST USE of this thing lifted front CORNER (i.e., not even entire front end) of GMC truck. When i attempted to lower the jack the handle just wallered-out the hole in the end of the handle and would not release to lower jack. NOW WHAT??? Yup, now I have a truck stuck in the air…will have to purchase a jack locally just to get the truck’s tires back on the ground….lol Can’t recommend this jack as it appears the handle is not able to release the jack for lowering.UPDATE: Upgraded to 1 star because there is no better customer service than that of Amazon. Product returned (in HUGE box with jack still stuck in fully extended posiition) and amount refunded. Thank you Amazon for supporting a longstanding and loyal customer!

   HEAVY but it works
   I purchased this unit because it had a low profile and would fit under my vette and I finally got a chance to use it last weekend to change the oil. This unit worked fine but the front wheels locked as I was maneuvering it and the weight of the unit made it very hard to get into the correct position. After using lots of WD40 it would move again. Also it arrived without the bolt to attach the handle to the jack so I had to source one locally, which meant a special trip to the hardware store for a metric bolt. Amazon made me a deal I couldn’t refuse on a partial refund, so I’m happy with customer service. Overall I’m happy with the jack and will keep it around. By the way, it is NOT a NASCAR style that jacks up quickly, it’s the good old fashion kind that needs multiple pumps of the handle to raise the car up to the needed height.

   Great for low cars
   This is a low profile jack. I have a tesla and my old jack couldn’t get under when i had a flat. This jack goes from 3″ to 20″. The only con isits very heavy. However the weight helps its sturdiness. Once you have it on the ground it rolls around will ease.

   Good around tool
   I bought this to jack up my Zero Turn mower to service it and sharpen the blades. It worked great and I am very happy with it and have a few more projects I can use it for.
