    This stuff is MAGIC.
    I want to start this off by saying I have annoyingly sensitive skin. Like, a single use of charcoal face wash made my entire face peel and get scaly for way too long. My face blistered when using a new (“gentle”) moisturizer. So she gets mad for no reason, all the time.I do however wear the longest-lasting eyeliner and the stickiest mascara in existence when I do convince myself to wear it, and it’s REALLY hard to get off. I used one of those makeup eraser towels, which are nice, but I would basically have to lay it over my eyes forever with steaming water to make my makeup budge. I’ve used other makeup removers that make my face feel like it’s burning (looking at you, Neutrogena), so I’ve been really hesitant to try new things.I took a risk on this stuff, and it totally paid off. It MELTS even the most stubborn makeup off. I just put it on my fingers, rub it in circles, and it just… comes right off. Depending on what I’m wearing, I sometimes have to wipe the dirty balm off of my face and repeat. I’ve never had to do that more than twice, though.It smells so good, it feels nice on the skin, and it doesn’t dry me out or… you know, give me face blisters. All these things are a plus. It does the job, it does it gently, and it does it easily. I always rinse/wash my face after I use it, so I’m not sure how it feels if you were to just wipe it off and leave remnants, but do you.e.l.f. thank you so much for not burning my face off. <3

    This is hands down my new favorite makeup remover and cleanser. It melts makeup away and is so creamy. I love how it feels like a spa treatment for my face and neck. It is not an irritant to my eyes either. It’s a great sized product for a great price. I highly recommend it. By the way, I’m 59 so I have mature skin and I still would choose this product over other, more expensive, products.

    Great make up remover
    I don’t know how I managed before this came along. Helps “melt” make up off for easier cleansing. It feels lightweight & doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy. It smells great & adds some extra moisture to your cleansing routine. Skin feels cleansed & soft after use, not dry & tight.

    Best Cleansing Balm Ever!!
    I bought this on a whim to replace my facial cleanser from a different skincare brand and HOLY CRAP, I’m SO GLAD I did. This is the most moisturizing melting balm I’ve ever used. If you get the bigger size, it is actually filled to the brim with product which is so refreshing from these other brands that focus more on the packaging/container. I also tend to rub it on my eyes as I mainly wear eye makeup and it blurs your vision if it gets in your eyes but NEVER stings. You can just rinse with water one your eyes a few times and you’ll be good as new. The balm even reaches the hard places like the inner corner of my eyes for highlighter or eyeliner, it’s amazing! I’ve never had a product where I didn’t have to use a makeup wipe after to reach those corners but now I do! Absolutely recommend it. It leaves your face clean, radiant and so soft!

    Die Anwendung ist einfach, es lässt sich super Abwaschen und entfernt auch wasserfestes Makeup ohne Probleme. Meine Haut wird nicht gereizt obwohl sie sehr empfindlich ist. Ich liebe es.
