   Works great
   Bought this and love it. The quality is great sometimes I find my self accidentally hitting the button when using it which disconnects it but it’s easy to sync back on. It’s all about finger placement. I just wish the connection button was located at the end of the device, closer to the charging area to prevent from accidentally turning it off.

   A must have if you have excessive ear discharge
   My daughter bought this for her husband’s and baby’s ears. Her husband has always had ear issues with excessive discharge. He constantly has to rinse his ears out to keep them clean. With this product, he was able to cut back on how frequently he had to rinse out his ears. My daughter also uses this on our grandson who is a year old. He allows her to clean his ears out and sits patiently while she cleans them out. If you go slow and are gentle at your movements, there is no discomfort. The baby did not cry or act like it hurt. The functionality of the product is great. The price was good. Great value for your money. Quickly and easily you can remove that ear wax with ease and no discomfort. Battery life seems to be good so far.

   Well worth the Money
   My daughter was having trouble cleaning out her 1 year old ears so I purchased this for my house for my husband and my daughter brought my grandson over and when I turned it on and set my phone so he could watch what I was doing he let me and his mom clean out his ears and didn’t put up a fight like we did if she tried to clean his ears with anything else . I love it I would recommend this if you have a small child

   Not Suitable for Earwax Removal
   This tool can be used to inspect other areas, but it’s ineffective for earwax removal. You simply can’t get the scoop into your ear to remove the wax—it’s extremely difficult! Controlling the direction is also a challenge.My advice: If you’re a beginner, avoid using this! If you don’t want to hurt your ears, it’s best to steer clear.
