   This IPL device really works!!!
   I love this! I have been watching the at-home device industry for an IPL that will work on broken capillaries for years. Well, this one actually works to get rid of those tiny red veins on your face! I’ve had broken capillaries treated at spas and dermatologist’s office and they do go away, but I will always have an issue with new ones returning. Because I’m prone to getting broken capillaries, knowing new ones will always surface, it was imperative for me to have an at-home IPL so that I don’t have to continually be seen at a spa or dermatologist’s office. I’ve been waiting for something like this for years! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the FAUSTINA 3-IN-1 IPL. It really breaks up the broken capillaries after several treatments. It works wonders as a skin rejuvenation IPL. Overall, my skin is brighter and almost all the redness has disappeared. I couldn’t be happier. It is also amazing for hair removal. I tested it out by treating my left leg, not my right, and there is a dramatic difference. The hair is about 75% gone on my treated leg. I’m certain with a couple more treatments, all the hair will be gone. I’ve only had this device for a couple months, so I don’t know about long-term hair removal effects. It’s worked so well so far at now only needing to shave small patches on my treated leg, that I’m very confident I won’t need to shave at all after additional treatments. This is a must have for anyone looking for a skin rejuvenation/hair removal at-home IPL. I haven’t tested the acne lamp as I don’t have acne.

   Great!!!
   This IPL device is sooooo good!! I have used all 3 lights and have seen improvement with all of them. The SR lamp is sooo good! It brought dark areas up to the surface just like in office IPL treatments I have gotten in the past. This at home device has made my skin look so much better even the small blood vessels in my face. The acne lamp is also very very very good, I use regularly at the first signs of a bump on my face and overnight they go away! In the past several years ago I received in office hair removal and had a few hairs to treat and already see a big difference with this at home device. I use all lamps on a regular basis as that is the only way to see results. Buy this at home IPL device and you will not regret it!

   Doesn’t last
   I bought this Faustian 3in1 a year ago Amazon says. I’ve used it a few times for a few minutes on my face or target spots. About a month ago I actually decided to do my legs which takes a bit of time. The screen display went wonky, but the device still worked. I turned it off thinking it was due to using it for 30 minutes. I used it a time after that on a few spots. The screen was still wonky but I could tell the setting and did just a few minutes. Today I decide to use it and plug it in to find the screen is still wonky, the fan sound doesn’t come and it doesn’t work at all. Seriously disappointed!So I don’t recommend this product as it doesn’t last. It did lessen the hair on my legs and I didn’t use consistently enough to tell if it is effective long term. It doesn’t matter how many shots you get if you don’t get to use even a small percentage of them.

   Good experience and worth the buy
   Yes get it. I initially saw this faustina 3-in-1 lamp on YouTube when searching for at home IPL and laser hair removal machines.. honestly I was super hesitant and didn’t think any would be strong enough. I’ve had countless treatments at spas and not only is that expensive, it’s time consuming. I’ve used this machine about 3 times-the skin rejuvenation, acne, and hair removal lasers. This is a high quality machine for at home use and I’ve noticed gradual improvements. I can feel that with consistent use this can be a sustainable solution.. will update as things progress. Also, worth mentioning that I reached out with questions about the skin rejuvenation laser head and received such a quick and professional response. The SR laser head was taking a while to flash and just had errors, other 2 worked fantastic. Anyway their support team sent the SR head right away and was beyond professional. From the positive interactions I’ve had with their team, to noticing gradual results, along with the 1 year warranty.. I can say you are in good hands!

   Update: the seller saw my review and did their best to rectify the problem and 100% made everything right. I don’t think I have experienced such good customer service in a very long time.If you have doubts about purchasing this item be assured that whatever you’re unhappy with they are just an email away and will attempt to make it right for you. Update on the usage, I have pigmentation that I am trying to get rid of. It helped ever so slightly. For hair removal so far it’s been doing well and I have seen improvements. Is it worth it? I think so. I think it’s a good modality to have in your arsenal of skin care.The shipping was quicker than I expected. I purchased this for the use of the skin rejuvenation lamp (SR) mostly. I don’t have an update yet on results since I have only used it one time so far. The first time using it everything was easy to use and I am excited to see what additional treatments will bring. However, I did notice a few things that made me think it had already been used. One, the US plug adapter was already set up on the device and the UK one was just placed randomly in the box unwrapped (all the other pieces were wrapped) and second, when I attached the SR lamp I did not have the full 300,000 flashes. It only showed 299,908. Which means it had been used already with 92 flashes. I was pretty disappointed that they didn’t bother to replace the lamp with a new one before reselling this box. They do sell the lamps separately so it is something that they could do and for the cost of the device you would think they would assure you would get a new bulb if the device had been returned previously.Anyway, I’m bummed that they didn’t replace the used lamp but I cleaned it well and tried it out.

   I had an issue with one of my heads (the skin rejuvenation head) – the one I purchased the Faustina for to begin with. And even though we had Brexit issues getting me the replacement the customer service team worked hard and ultimately got a replacement to me. Thank you so much team!
