    does not heat
    I purchased this product back on March 18th and opened my spa on April 15th. I had been using it since the 15th for 2 months with no issues. last Saturday, June 1st I reached in to grab a hot towel for my client and the towels were still room temperature.UV light was still working but, the heat was not, I turned the machine off and then on but still no heat. I tried troubleshooting the machine but had no success. I am very frustrated and looked into the reviews and seen that this is a recurring issue. I just wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing, save your money and buy a different brand!!!!

    4 months old. Stopped working! Only a 30 day replacement offered. Buyer beware!!!

    It gets hot and it’s. Good size ..
    However .. every time it gets hot, it smells like melting plastic! I have looked all over and I can’t seem to find what is making this smell!!! I wonder if anyone else has had this experience …

    Working Great
    I was hesitant to buy this as I’ve had an Elite towel cabby for 7 years and it’s still working great but I opened a second location and was in need of another hot towel cabby and couldn’t find the Elite. So far so good, it arrived in perfect condition, once it was set up and plugged in there were no problems with the buttons or sterilization features. The towels were nice and hot for working with my massage clients within an hour. Note, I always use warm to hot water when preparing my towels for the cabby to help extend its working life, might be why my Elite is still going strong after 7yrs. I have high hopes for this product as well.

    Heats efficiently – large capacity
    Got this for my facial treatment room. This hot towel warmer is very large, great for busy salons to make enough towels for a fullday of services. The towels heat evenly and are not too hot to the touch when removed to use on clients for facials. Also big enough to fit bowls or bottles of lotion to warm in addition to towels because the 2 racks. Price was good for quality of product.

    1.- pues no sé si funciona la luz ultravioleta porque no hay manera de verla que funcione2.- el calentado: solo coloque 4 toallas para prueba y aun asi tardo 1 hora en calentarlas, supongo que si pongo mas va a tardar mayor tiempo3.-sirve, funciona es lo que ahorita cuenta, cumplio con su funcion de calentar las toallas hasta ahorita
