   Absolutely love this!
   This is so nice and refreshing. It does not leave your skin soggy or greasy, but soaks in and leaves skin feeling soft. Also nice to put on arms and neck.

   I ordered this product, and when it arrived, the bottle was completely broken, and the box was soggy and soft. It was an utter disappointment. I strongly advise against buying this product. It’s a waste of money and doesn’t live up to its claims.

   Spilled inside box
   I received the package on time, but the package was wet, a fourth of the bottle was spilled inside because the cap was loose. Maybe if they put tape over it to hold the cap would work I guess. Overall the product is good, I love the product but not the packing.

   Light weight serum that leaves my face and neck feeling more hydrated.
   I have dry skin and this serum energizes my face and neck areas to feel smooth. It also does not feel sticky and dries nicely to firm up the skin. Fine lines are gone, I have been using for several months now.

   Misleading Product Advertisement*
   When viewing the product image, it appears that a large bottle is being sold. However, the actual product received is significantly smaller. Furthermore, the image depicts a substantial ginseng root, whereas the root in the bottle is minuscule, comparable to a mouse’s tail. The product description grossly misrepresents reality. Buyers beware!
