    Great product!
    Just used my Thermal Steam Cap this morning and I’m totally in love! The ease of using it along with the heat made conditioning.my hair effortless! My only issue is that I waited too long to purchase one! You will not be disappointed!

    Never knew I needed it
    I received this product the other day and I’ve used it twice due to very dry microlocs. It works as it’s supposed to and it’s very relaxing. The heat comes on in seconds. My drawstring lock. I’m not sure what to call it but it popped off and broke. I’m now going to be tieing the cap in a knot to keep it close and close to my head so I can feel the heat. Besides that everything is good. Even the cord is a good length. If you have a big head this cap will fit there’s alot of room for y’all. Or if you have alot of hair. There’s alot of room for y’all as well.

    I’m surprised at how good this is
    it came out very nicely packaged. everything works great. convenient display, temperature and time adjustment works. in the set there was another fabric hair cap, I think it is reusable and can be washed when necessary.

    Gave 4 haven’t had long…So far this has been an excellent heating cap. Came with a separate plastic head cover. Thought I was going to have to purchase one on my own… so was very happy to see on included. Great for the price. Fit was good in addition to the pull strings to tighten fit. Only drawback, if you get interrupted and have to stop….you are starting all over. Has a timer for suggested conditioning heat wear, but it starts at 20 minutes nothing less. Cord length is sufficient for you to sit in chair or on floor, but can’t move all over. Still over all so far happy with purchase.

    Stops Working
    I liked using the product, it does everything it should. However I’ve had this for a few months and have only used it about 10 times, the last time I’d put it away it was tucked safely. The last time I’d used it was about a month ago, now I’ve been trying to use it again but it doesn’t heat up at all, no matter how long I leave it for.

    Does what I need it to do. Came with a cute shower cap to use alongside with the steam hat. Warranty card included for 2 years. The cap Heats up quickly. I use it on the highest setting because my hair is dense and thick plus I love heat lol (type 4a normal-high porosity) the cord is long enough for me to sit at my vanity and multitask. Only thing is if you need to get up you’ll need to take off the cap since it’s not portable but other than that I have no complaints!

    It was really easy to set up and use. Heated up pretty quickly and the heat levels are comfortable. It honestly felt so good I wanted to keep it on longer. I don’t know what I was expecting but I thought it would heat all over, it only heats on the side walls and not the top. However, this doesn’t really effect the results so I’d say it’s a pretty great product overall!
