   It is small!
   It is very small for what I need, so I did return it. But, this is good for personal use or for someone who has a very small massage or facial practice and uses wash cloths, this may be a good fit. And it’s a space saver because of its tiny size.

   Strong burnt smell
   I have a towel warmer. but I wanted a small one for a smaller space. However, once you placed the towel it smelled burnt and my warmer had rust in the back of it. Unfortunately, I’m out of the return window. I am not sure if I were to use smaller towels would not burn my towels. I am not buying this product again.

   It’s alright
   It’s just alright it does the job of heating the towels and I like the size it’s small however when it heats up my towels they smell burnt and the machine itself smells like something is burning.

   Nice Addition For At Home Use
   This is a Hot Towel Warmer for Facials. It’s black and is 5 L. It comes with the metal rack and a tong to pull out the towels. It says it can fit 8-12 towels, but it depends on the size. The size towels that I have, you can fit about 4-6 in there. The directions are pretty easy to read and you have to make sure not to put the towels directly in the warmer- they have to go in the rack.The only thing the directions are missing is the amount of time they need to stay inside. However, it does say that when it gets to the max temp- it will auto shut off and when it gets cooler, it will warm back up. I left it in for about 15 minutes and it was warm, but not as hot as the towels are when you go get a pedicure at the salon. The towels feel really nice on the face, but it does cool off super fast. Overall, this is a decent towel warmer for at home use.

   My Absolute Favorite At Home Spa Item!!!
   I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and it’s hands down my favorite “luxury” spa item. I’ve got a small at home spa area and this is what’s been missing. Nothing feels more relaxing than that damp heat on your face or slipping into a dry warm robe or towel after a bubble bath. It’s really easy to set up. It’s sturdy and well constructed. You can use this before facials or just to open up your pores before applying your daytime or nighttime serums. The males in the family have actually been using this before shaving their faces. The barber they went to always did that extra step for a closer shave. We live in the Midwest and I’m going to be using this all of the time, especially in the winter. Heated pajamas, bath towels and blankets here I come! You can heat damp or dry items. They include a nice set of tongs for removing items from the warmer. It takes your spa experience to the next level. I’d highly recommend this warmer for your at home spa. I feel positively pampered every time I use it. Five stars!

   perfect for small massage business
   I have clients in my home for massage therapy and this is a HUGE value added for not much $$ or space. I could easily see this being used in anything like a few massage clients at a time to a small chiropractic office. Simple, easy to understand what to do and really no fuse controls. Easy to clean and manage by any staff with simple instructions. If the heating element holds up this is one of my best finds for my small business. Very little added cost for a huge benefit to the client.
