    Perfect size for my small studio/shelving unit
    Opted to buy the black one (after reading the reviews about white towel warmers that go yellow, and saw it many times working for various massage studios over the years). It’s small and perfectly sized. Fits 4 (2 damp, 2 dry) towels (I cut bath towels from a Dollar Tree into thirds — cheaper than buying hand towels, and much larger /more luxurious to fit larger clients backs). So, using 1 damp and 1 dry to wipe off massage oil after giving back massage, I just have to remember to replenish 1 set after each client to ensure each client has a nice, hot set of wet /dry towels. Very hot and steamy when taking them out. (I take the dry towel out first, and rest it on clients blanket-covered behind, then take out the hot damp towels — unfold it and toss it about like pizza dough a few times, hahaha, to cool it off a smidge before applying to the back.)The added aromatherapy little “basket” inside is wonderful– I add a few drops of Eucalyptus before a shift, and it gives the towels a lovely mild scent when applying them. Clients love it. Good purchase, arrived quickly, quality item. Worth it.

    Cannot operate 24/7
    Great design – simple operating instructions- you might consider indicating that the unit cannot be operated 24/7 as that is what we thought it would do and the only reason we have returned it.

    I’m a Registered Massage Therapist professional, starting my at-home practice, so I feel like this review is directed to my colleagues and fellow body work/ manual therapists. This towel warmer is great. It’s HOT once it heats up (about 30 mins) and fits 4 – 7 / 8 hand towels rolled up and wringed out. I’m so shocked and impressed with how hot this caddy gets. I do warn my clients that the towels are quite hot when I give them a towel post-treatment. I use about 4 hot towels per treatment on average. This caddy is compact, hot, and the drip tray works perfectly. Cleaning the inside is easy and the metal rack doesn’t seem to scratch the inside of the caddy like other similar products do. However, I did watch this specific product creep up in price which I was severely disappointed about. I was watching it for about 4 months and it started at $125 and now is higher, so that’s my only drawback. I would recommend this product to any professional, I would not recommend this caddy to someone untrained in hydrotherapy as the towels are almost scalding if you over-saturate the towels.

    I was looking for a small towel warmer for a small massage space and this fits perfectly. I’ve had it for 2 months; so far, it works great. I can fit several face cloths in here, and they are warm in 10 minutes, very hot in 20 minutes. It’s best to use wet cloths. There is a moisture collecting tray at the front that needs to be emptied at the end of the day. Wipe clean and leave open to dry when not in use.

    I rarely ever write reviews but so far this warner has exceeded my expectations. I’ve only had/used this for two days but it’s sleek design gives it a extremely professional look which is what I’ve been going for. I use this machine to heat hand towels for pedicure services. It fits about 8-10 depending on how tight you roll them. The warmer doesn’t take long to heat at all (about 20min or so). This is perfect for my home salon. I give this 5 stars for its look, it’s fast heating time but also, I find that it fits just enough towels to get me through the day. It is quite small so if you are wanting to purchase this for a Salon doing multiple facials (or other services that require more towels) I wouldn’t recommend. This is my first towel warmer that I have ever purchased and I’m not sure if many of them make noise but when reading some of the reviews of others warmers, I’ve noticed reviews stated that the machine was a bit noisy. I’ve read nothing but good reviews on this towel warmer and I’m glad I went with this one. If you are thinking about purchasing, I 1000% recommend!!
