   The item was sent in a well-designed package, which gave it an air of professionalism from the moment it was opened. Because of its lightweight construction and ergonomic shape, it is simple to navigate around various parts of the body, despite its size. Following the treatment plan that was prescribed, I used this cream on my upper lip, under my arms, and on my legs. In the beginning, the sensation is a little unusual; it is a warm and slightly prickly feeling, but it is not really uncomfortable.    Designed well, but not as effective as the professional versions.
   This is a less expensive version of professional laser hair removers. While the construction and materials are solid, the laser is not as powerful as it is on more expensive models. It works, just not as well as the professional versions.A couple notes that aren’t clear in the instructions- you have to shave first. The laser doesn’t zap the hair, it zaps the hall where the follicle comes out of the skin. Repeated zaps over a few weeks will kill the follicle- it’s not 100% effective, which kind of negates the whole idea of using this tool instead of shaving.- New follicles constantly grow, to replace the ones you are killing.- This is a laser. When you use it to zap a portion of your body hundreds of times, there’s going to be a little burning involved. Don’t overdo it until you know how your body is going to react.- Be patient. It takes multiple treatments spread out over weeks to be effective.- This tool works much better when it is set to provide multiple zaps, than when it just performs a single zap.. The downside, is additional skin irritation. You don’t feel the burn right away. It takes a few minutes to settle in.This particular model works OK on small isolated areas, but if you want to remove a lot of hair, you should invest in a professional laser hair removal system.

   Did not work
   This IPL device was ineffective for removing my facial hair. It might work with finer hair or peach fuzz, but it won’t work that well to remove a beard or mustache.
