   Life saver
   This stuff is amazing! I lost 50 pounds this year on tirzepatide and most of my hair with it, unfortunately. I don’t want the weight back, but I’d sure prefer not to be skinny and bald. I had been taking ‘hair skin and nails’ pills off amazon for over a year, but they didn’t do anything to slow the hair fall. I began having dreams of being bald. I had hair extensions put in but hated how they hurt my scalp and how hot they were in summer. I saw a TikTok showing this stuff, and I’m telling you! Within 2 bottles, I had so much hair regrowth, I had the extensions removed and I have no thin spots. I’m on my 4th bottle now and I don’t see a time i don’t buy this stuff. I threw out the hair skin and nails pills – they gave me bad tasting burps and were too big anyway. This stuff actually tastes like a treat to me, maybe I’m weird. I love the flavor. More so, I love that my hair is as thick as ever and I’m not worrying anymore. Nails are thick as heck too. If you try it, stick with it for multiple months and be consistent.

   Love this stuff
   I tried another product by Mary Ruth to save a little money. It was a liposomal multivitamin. It was horrible tasting. This product doesn’t taste too bad. I could mix it with juice, but choose to just drink like I’m doing a shot. I could feel a difference in my energy level, but most importantly (vanity won out) my hair looks healthier and isn’t falling out in clumps. I have an immune disorder and hair loss and dry skin is an issue. This product helps with that and helps me get my vitamins in!

   Worth it !
   I originally bought this product off the TikTok shop but I realized sometimes it is discounted here. Depending who has a better discount I purchase it from either place. The price is expensive but it has honestly worked so well for me !! In 6 months while drinking this I had 2x the hair growth, shine and overall health for my hair. I do have slightly more energy and feel more awake when taking it. As far as skin and nails it was okay. But I noticed the biggest difference in hair growth including eyebrows, lashes and body hair.
