   “Warm Praise Turns Chilly: A Tale of Unexpected Malfunction”
   I was initially impressed with this product. The sleek design and white finish of the Constelada Massage Oil Warmer fit perfectly into the aesthetic of my home beauty spa salon. Warmed lotion, massage oil, gel, and cream at the ready significantly enhance massage therapy’s comfort and effectiveness. Including two bottles was thoughtful, allowing for a seamless switch between different massage mediums depending on the client’s needs or preference. Although switching will require waiting for the second bottle to warm thoroughly, my recommendation to the company would be to offer two or three warners at once, which would be an excellent enhancement.Functionally, the warmer worked as described. It heated the massage oils and lotions to 149 degrees, a soothing temperature, especially in colder months. This level of detail contributes immensely to the spa experience, making treatments more luxurious and practical.However, after three months of regular use, the device unexpectedly stopped warming to 149 and stopped at 113, and I had to request a replacement.I understand that no product is immune to faults, but as a dedicated user, a functioning warmer is integral to my needs.In conclusion, my experience started and ended positively with the quality and functionality of the Constelada Massage Oil Warmer, enhancing my massage therapy sessions. The premature malfunction was a minor setback, rectified with excellent customer service and ownership of the merchandise quality.

   Warmer works great. How do you get replacement bottles? I know the plastic bottles will not last too long.

   Garbage
   The heating element broke a week after the return window. That’s $40 I will never see again. The main issue with these “cheap” warmers is that they are set way too high! Every time it’s turned on it goes to 149 F. If everything needs to be slightly above 100 F, why not start at 120F? Oil, lotion and gel do not need much to achieve a comfortable temperature. Certainly baby bottles would not be heated to 150F!The buttons are sensitive and it can take time to adjust the heating element. I used it for massage oil/lotion. The element over heated and the mixture bubbled over quickly. What a mess! And that was the end of that.R.I.P cheaply made massage lotion warmer.For what this is, it is a ridiculous price point. I’m trying to figure out a way to get a refund. I could use the $$ to put towards the next warmer – professional equipment, $300. There is nothing in between that I found.

   It wants to stay on a table.
   The idea sounds good. The product does what it says, but it’s just not practical. It is connected to a wall outlet and it wants to stay on a table, but you really need it close to you for massage work so that you can apply the oil to the skin where you really need it.

   Temperature is not hot enough
   Temperature is not hot enough. By the time you put it in your hand and get it on your body it’s cool down so much you have lost all the heat of the oil.
