   Very sturdy, comfortable massage table.
   We bought this table to replace its predecessor model that we owned for seven years. The old one was completely structurally as sound as new, but there was cosmetic synthetic leather wear at the corners and handles, none of which affected the usability of the table with sheets on it. Given the price of massages, it seemed worthwhile to make the cosmetic upgrade, but I expect that either unit would last well over a decade, maybe two or three, with cosmetic repairs to the fabric. And the luxury of owning our own table and having in-home massages regularly is well worth the cost of the table.

   Better than table used by my acupuncturist
   I bought this table as a Gift for my wife. I opened it last night and was surprised by the quality. It is very easy to setup and take down. I was able to set it up in a minute and that is including taking it out of the case up to putting the head piece and and armrest on. Take down will also take about the same time, you just have to make sure that you don’t kink any wire from the heater control.The CD included is perfect to help you relax. My wife have told me that with the massage table and music combined that she feels like being on the real massage spa.My acupuncturist have similar brand table but he have a separate heating pad. I asked him if heating pad is necessary and he said yes as it helps relax the muscles. The built in heating pad is what made me decide to buy this so that, I don’t have to worry about another item that I needed to put which will add more time for setup.I initially plan for this to be setup permanently in our room but since it is so easy to setup and take down, my wife and I decided to just fold it and just put it up when needed.

   Heating element is useless
   Ordered this as a Xmas gift in November. Couldn’t try it until until Xmas day and it worked well, including the heating element that heats the very comfortable padded surface.Was super happy until the next time I wanted to use it when the controller for the heating wouldn’t turn on at all. No display, nothing. Reached out to Master Massage support, who helped and sent a replacement controller that arrived in February. The new controller also worked when it arrived but immediately died once plugged into the table. Meaning there is something massively wrong with the table. So now I have two dead controllers, no heating on the table and I have to figure out what to do to get a replacement of this 35lb monster. I’m hoping that their support continues to do the right thing as I’d be happy to give it 4-5 stars if the thing would work as expected. Until then, buyer beware.

   I am so glad I chose this table!!!
   I love this massage table! Very sturdy and well made. Easy to set up and take down. The carrying case makes moving it a breeze with the shoulder strap to distribute the weight. I am 5’3 so being able to move this table around was a concern when I ordered it. The Therma-Top heats up very nicely! It’s a lot better than having to have a separate heating pad on the table because there’s no heating pad covers to wash each time I give a massage. The length and width are perfect. My husband is 6’3 and he fits comfortably on this table with room to spare.

   Very nice table
   Up to all my expectations. Sturdy and nice heated top. My girlfriend and I love to give each other massages and this table has made it even better. Now we can really get into it. This will pay itself off fast. Takes up a bit of space but I don’t use many rooms in my home anyway. Folds away when company comes over. I now wonder why I waited so long to buy one. Did a lot of research, and this was the best bang for the buck. Shipped way faster than expected tracking on Amazon. Nothing bad to be said about it.

   After my old table wore out (and yeah, they do!), my massage therapist recommended this one – and is so impressed by it that he continues to tell me what a great table it is every time we use it! Solid, comfortable, and even plush – highly recommended!

   Awesome Table
   I have used it only 5 times now but the heated feature built into the table is great for home massage I don’t have to carry around an extra warmer pad it is all ready to go! It isn’t the softest table but not uncomfortable by any means, I haven’t had any complaints, I am sure with continued use it will break in very nicely. Overall a great table for the price!

   Nice sturdy table
   Comfortable, easy to set up. Shipped quickly. I like that the heating element is in the table, though I haven’t used it much. My clients aren’t totally sure if they like the new face cradle yet thought. The padding is good but the curve is weird for them after having used my old one for years. I may have to replace that.

   Originally received the wrong package. Amazon was able to somewhat help by sending out a replacement order the only issue was when speaking with support they said they would arrange a pick-up for this big and bulky item, instead I was told to print out a return label and bring it to Canada post which was rejected due to the size. Had to go to purolator and spend $50 shipping this back. I would rate this better however the service received was not what was promised to me.
