    A great product, but take s bit to get use to.
    I originally used this product years ago when it was a sensation from Australia. It seemed all but forgotten. Well as I got older my legs had less hair than my chin. I was looking for a waxing agent. There it was on Amazon, Nads. The first time I used it again, it was a mess, sticky everywhere. Now after three uses I have learned to heat the container under warm water, carefully unscrew, dip the flat stick in softened Nads. It will spread more easily. I put a large amount on each side of my chin. I take a full size Nads cloth and rub it to warm each side. Then I tear it off quickly in the direction of the growth. The growth must be long enough for the product to grasp. Then I put the gooey Nad’s cloth back on my chin to get any remaining problems. It works beautifully. I really like this product. It does take some getting use to. It is fully washable with either hot water or a bit of soap.

    The best wax available
    I’ve been using Nad’s for 30 years. They’ve been around a while. I’ve tried a few others but I come back to Nad’s. I prefer the jar over prepared strips. I’ve stopped trying other products as I regret buying something else when this one always is better.Tips: Reuse the linens. Just wash them well and dry. If using a washer you still need to wash the hair off prewash. Iron them if needed. I make the wax slightly softer in the microwave (15 seconds). The wax sometimes works better and less painfully if you put a very thin layer on your linen, then set it in the freezer and when you’re ready, put the COLD linen on your leg, use the stick to scrape the linen tight against your leg a couple times in the direction of hair growth. Use one hand under the strip to pull your skin down to make it tight and use the other to rip it upward against the hair growth at an angle that stays as close to your leg as you can while ripping. Get a friend or husband to help if needed. Don’t let the wax sit and get real warm. I can use the same waxed linen three or four times this way. Wash your sticks too. Don’t be hasty to throw re-useable items out.

    Sent opened items that were obviously someone else’s return
    I have used this product for years. It is a fantastic product for hair removal.I ordered 3 containers. They shipped quickly and arrived on time. BUT…When I opened the packages, all 3 boxes had been torn open. Not crushed, obviously torn from top/bottom as anyone would do when opening a new box.The first container I picked up had wax on the outside. It was all around both sides. Clearly, this container had been opened at some point and closed again, perhaps using glue or perhaps relying on the stickiness of thee wax itself.As I stated earlier, I have used this product for years. I have never had a container with wax leaking out from under the foil seal. Nads is very sticky, so the foil is sealed very tightly.This review is 100% about the warehouse sending 3 obviously opened boxes of a hygiene product to a customer. This should never happen with any skincare product. I understand wanting to minimize product loss, but any hygiene product that is returned opened should never be resent to a new customer.

    Easy to use and effective
    It took me a little practice to figure out how to use this effectively. Other waxes I’ve tried in the past, sometimes less wax was more effective than going too thick, but this I put on thick to work best. I like the washable cloths, but they need to wash in a delicates bag so not to lose them in the wash! I’ve used mostly on my face & brows & it works well for that. It washes off better than other waxes I’ve used in the past too. I’d recommend.

    more is not better..
    note to self: review written by my wife…when waxing eyebrows for first time ever………..more is not better…first of all…………step one….warmer wax is good…..however when it says microwave wax for 15 seconds…… its best to take note of actual time on clock and not “GUESTIMATE”…..i apparently am not spock… and i am guestimating my guestimate was off by at least fifteen seconds…..but in my defense i was distracted by the cat walking past and farting… making my eyes water and my vision too blurry to accurately see the digital clock as those seconds counted down…step two…. applying warmed wax…….i guestimate iskipped the part of the instructions that said…. TEST THE TEMPERATURE of wax before applying in case you accidentally lather boiling napalm to your face….step threestep three occurs after the screaming stops and you have enough of your wits left to attach the cloth strips to your face…………. having now effectively blindfolded yourself because you didnt have the foresight to think…”one at a time” ………step fourgrab the cloth strip and remove rapidly………..there is nothing in the instructions to prepare yourself for this phase…………there is no youtube video of some middle aged menopausal loon attempting this for the first time…. and there is no warning about wearing hearing protection to prevent yourself from being deafened by the screaming noise that erupts at EXACTLYthe same time as the cloth defoliates the monobrow shrubbery that has been clouding my vision…and of course my impromptu screaming from the bathroom caused the sleeping dog to erupt in loud and sudden barking.which sent the previously napping cat into a fit of panic to leap without looking onto the safe refuge of the toilet seat….. had i remembered to put the lid down… it would have been a safe refuge…..which sent him leaping back out of the toilet.now wet and around my ankles.meanwhile im looking at my eyebrows…….on the cloth strip…im not panicking.judging by current rate of menopausally induced hair growth they will be back by tomorrow anyway….i really need to send these manufacturers an email to add a few warnings to their product…. for the stupid and inxperienced people like myself….the only warning on the label was …DO NOT USE ON GENITALSreally?………..you have to WARN people not to apply napalm to their GENITALS?…………having read thaat i dont feel like quite the STUPIDEST person on the planet now…..

    Not good
    I do not believe this wax works. I used other brands in the past, and they were quite efficient. However, I tried to use this wax a couple of times, and I failed all of them. Two stars because it comes with the lotion and strips.

    Easy and fast way of removing hair. Use it on my legs and resulted in a smooth finish. Noticed that hair grows back slower and finer after several uses. Do a patch test if u have sensitive skin. Do use the cleansing wipes before waxing and the soothing balm after waxing.
