Amazing product if you know how to use it
I was reading through the reviews and was slightly concerned to buy these products after reading them. There was one review that said something along the lines of âif you heat it up before use it works like a charmâ so I decided to just take the plunge and try them out. Needless to say, that review was correct! if you warm them up with a blow dryer (or just between your hands) prior to separating the strips, they become sticky and easy to apply. If when you try to separate the wax stays on one strip and doesnât split evenly then it was not warm enough. Remember when rubbing it down you should do it in the direction of your hair growth. I smothered and smoothened on my upper lip and when I thought the wax was really in there I removed it, pulling in the opposite direction of hair growth, and voila! It worked perfectly. I now have a completely nude upper lip (albeit red), but it worked!Again, just reiterating what the other reviewers have said, if itâs used correctly it works pretty well. Now, I have thin facial hair so I can only attest to it being good for thin facial hair and not coarse hair, so if you have coarse hair please take this review with a grain of salt.

Sticky residue and poor results
Okay, to begin the wax strips are easy to use just pull and apply BUT after you pull they leave a sticky residue (that i had to scrub 3 times with soap and water to get off completely even when using baby powder) they also only remove very long hairs and leave the shorter ones behind.

Good
I like it tbh but it doesnât pull small and stubborn hairs. Itâs good for long hairs. I took them with me for a trip and when I opened them the sticky part was expanded and came out a bit from the sides. I recommend it if you wanna use it for long hairs.

My Go-To for YEARS.
I’ve been using these for years. I love them. Just don’t let them go unused for too long. Understandably, if they get really old, they’re not good anymore.

These have pros & cons, I’m still on the fence
I use these for facial hair only. I’ve also used the “regular” ones and that’s what I’m primarily comparing them with. I’ve tried a few other brands, but seem to come back to Nair.Anyway, in comparing these ones with the “regular” Nair, it seems like these ones are slightly less sticky, so they’re slightly less effective, but then they tend to leave less residue on my face (good) but take less hair off (bad) but they’re cheaper (good) and hurt less (also good). If you want to do an area and then redo it in the same sitting, it’s ok to do that with these, where with the regular you want to do it once only.Overall they get the job done (eventually), but I probably have to use more of them to do so, which limits any savings, but then there’s the comfort factor, so I’ll probably keep buying these.

Broke out so bad
I tried these hoping that they would work with my sensitive skin. Not even close. I currently have 4 pimples in between my eyebrows from the wax strips. Plus the strips didnât even get most of the hairs off. I had to go in a pluck a large majority of my hair with tweezers afterwards. So disappointed. Maybe itâs okay not on my face. Note that everyoneâs skin is different so these might work for you even though they were terrible for me.
