    Works Great and Very Gentle
When I first bought this, in all honesty, I wasn’t expecting anything special compared to the other makeup removing balms/oils I’ve used. But I was pleasantly surprised when this took off all of my makeup (waterproof mascara and eyeliner as well), did not leave my face dry or with a greasy finish, and all at a really good price. My only critique would be that I wish it could come in a bigger size, it is so tiny that I go through one of the packages every couple of weeks which is very annoying and more wasteful than I’d like to be.As someone who has oily skin and finds that some balms/oils give me a significantly oily finish, I cannot say the same for this one. Overall, highly recommend.

    Comparable to expensive brands
I previously used Clinique’s Take the Day Off cleansing balm, but didn’t want to continue to pay $40 for just under 4 oz. I tried a few different brands of cleansing balms, and this is by far the most comparable to Clinique and for significantly less money. I only use the balm when I’ve worn makeup, and it removes foundation and eye makeup, including waterproof mascara, effortlessly. My skin feels amazing after using it as well. If you’ve been a Clinique fan, try it!

    Magic removal of waterproof mascara
I love how it melts my waterproof Mascara and eyeliner right off Without leaving my skin greasy at all.Left my skin super clean and soft!

    Best makeup removing balm
I constantly come back to this makeup removing balm. It works great, no off putting smell, and isn’t greasy. I just wish the container was larger, or that there was an option to purchase a larger container.

    In Love
This is my first time to use a balm or oil for facial cleansing. Since I bought this, I have read so many articles that say to follow up with a cleanser of your choice to remove the excess oil? What? I have dry skin, so maybe that’s the reason it sounded crazy to me. Nonetheless, dry or not, I am not seeing an excess of oil left on my skin. No way was I going to double cleanse. I never have and probably never will. This balm is magnificent. It takes off every single bit of my makeup. From lipstick to mascara and eye liner and foundation….all of it. And, when I use a warm wet washcloth to remove the oil, I am left with nothing but soft and radiant skin. I love love love this. For once in my life, I feel that every single bit of makeup I had on my face, is completely gone. After the cleansing, I apply rose water, which I purchased from Amazon and then the serum and moisturizer. Usually, I don’t feel like u need a moisturizer and if I use, it’s just to use. Not because I feel my skin is dry. Anyway, I read a review that was talking about this being too expensive to keep using…..really? Two ounces of a balmy oil for 10 dolls is not too expensive. I think it’s a great buy, considering how little of the balm u actually have to use. So, great product with great price and clean radiant and baby soft skin. I couldn’t love it more.

    doesn’t leave a residue
i’ve used this to remove sunscreen for years and it is the only one that i’ve found that works well and feels nice on the skin without leaving a residue

    Works great
I love the product. That’s why I ordered it a second time. It removes eye make up so easily and never burns my eyes. But the product clearly advertises this is a 3-pack and I only received one.

    Nice, gentle facial cleanser
Works wonderfully to remove face makeup and eye shadow but mascara stubbornly remained behind. Maybe I want to look at a kinder, gentler mascara… Love this cleanser and recommend it to anyone who deeply misses the old 1960’s kind of cleansers. It works, so it’s back again.

I was excited to try this as an eye make up remover on the recommendation of a YouTuber. I am underwhelmed. It leaves my eyes feeling heavy and blurry. It looks like set coconut oil. I would rather use coconut oil as it is all-natural. Some ingredients in this tub I can’t even pronounce.
