   Best Waterproof Make Up Remover
   I have been using the Neutrogena make up remover for a decade and it is truly the best. It’s the same quality as the Lancôme Waterproof Make Up remover but a third of the price. Super gentle on the eyes and works very well to remove waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Gentle and effective. Highly recommend if you need a waterproof make up remover!

   Works for the most stubborn waterproof mascara
   Works well to remove my waterproof mascara. This is the only thing I’ll use to remove it. It takes a few gentle swipes but it works. It’s not too greasy and just washes off with water after I’ve removed my eye makeup. My eyes are sensitive and this doesn’t bother them.

   I like that it’s not oily and removed all mascara, even waterproof mascara. It doesn’t dry out my eyes or sting. Seems very moisturizing. I have been using it for a long time, because it’s so easy and works fast.

   No oil so it’s not greasy
   A little goes a long way takes it all off. You don’t need to use much and it’s a much better price than Clinique, which I used for years till I tried Neutrogena now I won’t go back .. It cleans well great make up highly recommend.
