    FANTASTIC
FANTASTIC!I need to use a mineral sunscreen with my sensitive skin and rosacea. And after trying a lot of different brands – even the one I “liked”, it was still a little difficult to blend, left a bit of a white cast and left my skin looking dry and flat. Then I can across this! I have a tendency to stay away from tinted sunscreens as they never seem to work for me. But I read the reviews, and figured I would give it a try and I am glad I did. I got the shade light – which works perfect for my skin. No noticeable odor. It blends smoothly. Takes a second to dry down – but evens out skin tone and leaves a natural skin glow! I am not a foundation girl – so the little bit of sheer coverage this adds is perfect for me. Definitely recommend!

    Worth all the hype!
I kept seeing this product being recommended by various youtubers. I have combination, black head prone skin, and I have been in the market for a light weight tinted SPF that does NOT break me out. When I researched it on the EWG website, it is ranked well in terms of being a non-toxic product. Finally decided to give it a try. Had it for about a month and I enjoy it very much. It has a nice glow and light/sheer coverage (for my skin). It makes my skin looks like it’s still my skin and with some glow. Really liking the no make up (but healthy) look with SPF protection.

    Very good
Pros:-very moisturizing for dry skin. Leaves skin glowy AF. Avoid if you’re oily.-The pigment is great. Doesn’t look orange-Doesn’t burn eyes at all.-Rubs in easyCons:-Is kind of greasy. Once it dries, it’s okay but it takes a little while to dry. It’s really not that bad though, especially if you have dry skin and want a super glowy look.-Smells kind of strong. It doesn’t have that typical coconut, fragranced smell like traditional sunscreens do. It says it’s fragrance free but it does have this distinct sunscreen smell. I don’t mind it, but it is very noticeable.-The tint doesn’t provide any coverage for blemishes or anything like that. I think it sort of helps balance out skin tone and a bit of texture, but overall it doesn’t provide any coverage.-It’s on the smaller side. For 18 bucks, It’d be nice to get a larger tube. But I think it’s worth it because the formula is very nice for a drugstore brand.Overall, very good sunscreen especially for drugstore.

    Leaky mess
For the price, I wish this was less watery. It goes on fine, greasy until it dries after several minutes. The packaging is awful. No matter how tight the cap is on, it gets filled with the product and leaks out. I’ve lost so much of it due to it running down the sides. Doesn’t matter if I store it upright or upside down, it still manages to leave drips along the outside of the tube. The top ingredient is water so they need to thicken it up or change packaging to a bottle or pump.

This tinted mineral sunscreen is a gem!
I picked this up based on a recommendation from DrDray on YouTube. I loved that she swatched all the colors and I thought Medium Deep would be the best one for me. That’s what I’m wearing in the photo. Black girl/brown girl approved! This is now one of my favorite sunscreens! I prefer tinted mineral formulas but sometimes it’s a challenge to find one with a shade that fits me and that is also water/sweat resistant (80 minutes), and also affordable. This one is perfect, it checks all the boxes! This doesn’t burn my eyes or cause blurry vision, doesn’t irritate my oily skin. My sister has dry sensitive skin and also likes this. This has a skin-like finish. Might be slightly shiny but that’s normal to me. I like to use a fan to help it dry down more. Consistency is very thin/kind of runny and spreads easily. Formula is comfortable and doesn’t feel drying. Reapplying is a breeze but have to be careful to not get it on clothes. I keep wipes in the car to wipe off my fingers. The coverage is very sheer, not like Colorscience Flex which has more coverage and a much higher price (but I also love). This doesn’t cover imperfections/dark marks but it does even out skin tone. Some of my foundation colors in case it helps you with choosing a shade: Armani 7.8, ELDW Honey Bronze, KVD 063, MUFE 3N42, Haus Labs 330, Dior 4N, Nars Aruba. I use Tan in Colorscience Flex. The only thing I would change about this product is the packaging because it can get a little messy. I wish the opening of the tube was smaller, more tapered. I’m still giving this 5 stars anyway. I’ve gotten this on my clothes (white shirts) but has not left any stains; I always treat with Oxi Clean Max Force stain remover on the same day. Washes out completely, no staining, no trace.I also picked up Deep just in case, but it’s too dark. My guess is that it’s best for people with skin tone MAC NC45 and up. However, DrDray mentioned this is a good option for those who like to use self tanner and want the face to match the fake tan. I wouldn’t use this on arms or legs because it will transfer to clothing or other fabric. Also, I realized the reason the Deep shade was priced much lower is because it expires in August 2024 and I bought it June 2024! I’m stuck with it because I don’t want to pay to return it.Either way, the colors are very sheer and natural looking; not too orange, pink or chalky. At least that’s my opinion. Makeup artists say I have an olive skin tone. This totally works for me!

    Dewy, gentle, physical sunscreen
Love the dewy finish and the fact that it’s physical sunscreen. Easy to blend and dry up nicely. A good base for makeup. Didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. The light shade has a slight white cast but thankfully dries up translucent. Will go with the medium shade after I finish this one.

A perfect match, but a little oily.
I have olive skin tone and I am sensitive to BENZONE, gave me itch and rashes. I like this sunblock because it doesn’t have BENZONE IN IT. USUALLY LISTED UNDER ACTIVE INGREDIENT. I bought all 3 shades and finally got a perfect match, Medium deep. I always wear sunblock everyday, with or without foundation. With this tinted sunblock, I don’t always have to wear a foundation, just a little concealer to cover my scares. Loving it so far and it’s half the more expensive brand name I bought in the past. Will update later.

This is great if you don’t need much coverage and want a natural dewy look on dry skin

  10. Nora

Super moisturising. (Oily skins, stay away.)Gorgeous tint. Would be a lot cooler if it comes in a bigger tube .

    Pretty shiny finish

I’ve been looking for a tinted sunscreen for everyday use. I like this product as it’s fragrance-free and doesn’t cause skin outbreaks. It is a little watery compared to normal sunscreens, but it’s easy to apply. This is not a liquid foundation or a concealer, but it seems to help to tone the skin a little more evenly, because of the tint. It’s ideal to use prior to applying foundations.
