   I bought this cute little anti-aging device for myself for my birthday. I’m pushing 50 soon and the the fine lines are starting to bother me. I was super excited to get this and waited all day for UPS to deliver. I got it home and unboxed it (it was boxed very nicely I may add!) Everything was in the box and intact. I read just about all of the reviews before I bought it and the manual once it arrived so I knew what I was getting myself into. I also bought some gel so the bugger glided nicely against my skin so I would get the full effect and make sure it was working correctly. Got it out, inserted the mushroom head and turned it on to one. Now, it’s not a clicky thing to turn it up and down, it’s more of a dial that glides. You don’t see the neon & argon in the tubes but you can hear it so you know it’s on and working. I made sure to put my finger on the glass to ensure that it was grounded before touching my face and slowly put it on my face and lifted my finger off and it glided like a charm (thanks to the gel). Decided to turn it up to 2, finger on the glass to ground etc. Wonderful! I even accidentally lifted it from my face and put it back on my skin without grounding and it was just fine. Well, I’m not exactly sure what happened after that. I’m not sure if my finger accidentally turned the dial up or if I decided to be brave and do it. I’m also not sure if I grounded the glass with my finger or just went all in and touched my face. Or maybe I touched it with my finger. I don’t know, it’s all kind of a blur. Whether it touched my finger or my face, I was not expecting the shock. That baby flung so fast out of my hands, crashed down into my sink and shattered the mushroom head into a bunch of pieces. I think I kind of stood there for a second trying to figure out what happened (it’s been a week and I still don’t know). I did read the reviews where people said it’s sort of like touching an electric fence- and that’s exactly it. It didn’t hurt, was just more of a surprise. Kind of like when you find a weird bug or spider on you and your initial reaction is to fling it as far as it can go away from you. Thankfully my face is small and I can use another head for it to get the job done.Words of advice- start on 1 or 2 and use it that way for a week or so. I still haven’t gotten brave enough to turn it past 2 but you can bet your keester that when I do- I’m going to have a nice soft towel in and around the sink in case my body freaks out again and that baby goes flying. If you accidentally turn it up and freak out and break a part- you can go to their website and order a new one, thankfully. (I have yet to do that.) In a nutshell, read the reviews and read the manual. Be brave! I do think this device can produce results over time. I just have to muster up enough courage to turn the settings up. Good luck!

   I have three skincare devices. This is by far my most favourite to use. It’s the easiest to use and and feel it really gives my skin a spark! This is not a device where you will see immediate results, unless you’re using it for acne-d skin. I’m using it on sagging aging skin, however I had 3 red ‘sunspots’ on my decollete area. The derm recommended I get a laser treatment to remove. But after four months of using this device they have faded away! Because it’s so easy and quick to use it’s the first device I reach for. Go on you-tube because there are a lot of women reviewing it. But what is really impressive is the customer service. After 6 months the unit stopped working. I contacted the company and because it was still under warranty I got a complete refund. I’m gobsmacked! So between the excellence of this product and the excellent customer service I would highly recommend this device!

   La vdd pensé q no notaría diferencia pero desde las primeras veces se nota, a mi me quitó todos los granitos q no me podía extraer y me compré un gel conductor con efecto lifting (el gel es necesario para q funcione y hay varios q sirven) y es excelente.

   One of the rods came broken upon delivery and another one (the acne rod because of which I actually purchased it) doesn’t light up only a noise and no rays at all.Very disappointed as it’s expensive and I waited for nearly 3 weeks for it to get delivered.Return is facing to be a challenge.

   J’ai toujours eu une peau hormonale avec des périodes de points noires et des boutons. Pour la première fois de ma vie, ma peau est complètement lisse et je ne porte presque plus de maquillage. Si j’ai un bouton qui semble vouloir apparaître, je traite et le lendemain je n’ai presque plus rien. Ma peau est méconnaissable. J’ai tout essayé (crèmes hyper $, traitements, facial, etc). Je constate aussi que mes rides sont diminuées, ma peau est plus radieuse. Bref, à 42 ans il était temps que je trouve une solution qui fonctionne! Alors voilà, pour moi cet appareil est un game changer et vaut chaque $ investi.
