   Exactly what I was looking for in a complete vitamin!
   This vitamin has everything I was looking for. I can feel the difference when taking this. Such a great size container for a great value! The strength of each supplement is exactly what I needed. It does not upset my stomach and is easy to use. As for hair growth, I haven’t noticed much improvement and I’ve been taking it 6 months. As the name says, you only have to take one a day which I love!

   A decent daily vitamin, especially if you need extra biotin
   Overall these seem like good vitamins. They have a few things that my usual daily vitamin doesn’t have, and my other vitamin has a few things that this doesn’t have, but both have what I think of as the most essentials. There is a lot of biotin in this, but it looks like they are just trying to have so much to try to support nails and hair? It does seem to be safe, even at those levels, although I am not an expert.
