I bought the Kindle edition just to check it out. I am a gynecologist who is always looking for valid material to recommend to my patients, but before I bought the hard copy to put in my office, I just wanted to take a look. In short, I will be ordering this to place in my office. This material is well presented while also being heartfelt. The biochemistry of aging is conspiring against us all–men and women–so we need state-of-the-art info. This is it!

The recipes are fantastic. I have been making my own facial creams for years but this book took me to another level. Great explanations of essential oils and carrier oils. Wonderful book. Great value.

What a big difference after getting out of the bath and shower. Our skin is glowing and feels so refreshed. The liquid had cleaner with the natural antibacterial properties will be a staple in our home.
