   Soft, smooth, hydrated
   I was skeptical about this product however it’s truly amazing. My hair has never felt better. I recently seen my hairdresser and shower her the ingredients list to make sure I was using a good healthy product on my hair, and not spending money on something that wouldn’t be worth it. She said the ingredients looked great to maintain healthy hair! The smell of it is amazing too. I highly recommend!

   Amazing
   I use these products DAILY, and the smell lingers so my hair smells good constantly. I have noticed it doesn’t lather up like normal shampoo, but I haven’t noticed anything else out of the ordinary, i always feel very fresh after use.

   Makes my long dry hair feel lively again
   I live in a cold and dry state with very hard water. I feel like this shampoo and conditioner breathe life into my hair again. Helps a lot with the frizzing and softness. Highly recommend.

   Good for older person hair.
   I bought these products on the advice of my daughter. It definitely cleans the hair and even though it’s not a leave-in conditioner, I leave some on my hair. I have medium length, thinning gray hair that is colored. It is frizzy with a lot of broken ends. By leaving some conditioner on my hair, it looks and behaves better.The product itself is a 5 star but the reason I gave it a 4 is the price is high.

   Worth It
   I originally wanted a haircut, but I noticed my shampoo gave me a hard time. I saw Ouai online but had never heard of the brand before, so I tried it.When I first received the package, I was amazed at the smell and how it gave off a flowery essence. The suds in my hair made me feel like my hair was lathering great.After my shower, I noticed my hair was gleaming and silky and looked healthy. I tried it for a couple more weeks, and my hair has been happy. Eventually, I had to purchase the refill bag, which made me happier.

   Great shampoo
   I’ve used it once since I bought it and loved how my hair is silky smooth and just smelled divine after. There’s zero frizz, my hair is super frizzy usually. But I’m not sure why the instructions for directions to use says “do not forget to shave legs”. Is it a typo? Or does it mean we can use it to shave our legs! I’m super intrigued!

   It makes my hair feel nice but be wary, it’s like dipping your hair in potpourri. The smell last for days and is strong

    This is the 2 nd time buying this shampoo and the first time I have brought the conditioner. It is expensive but you only need a small amount so it does last. My hair does feel better and feels like it grows quicker.
