    Fantastic product that does what it claims
    I have curly (3b/3c), low porosity, color-treated hair that I like wearing both curly and straight. I wanted a heat protectant and found this product– after looking into the claims (nourishes hair, tames frizz, protects when heat styling, helps detangling, etc.) it seemed too good to be true but I have heard good things about this brand.Pros: Does everything it says for my hair (amazingly!)– my hair feels so healthy, especially on the ends, even when I heat style, and it brought a true softness and shine back to my strands I wasn’t expecting. It also has a scent I like, and I don’t need a lot of product so I feel it will last for many uses that make the price worth it.Cons: As mentioned, it is scented so if you are very, very sensitive to fragrances, this may be a con for you. I tend to be sensitive to smells, but this actually doesn’t bother me (it’s not something you’ll keep smelling once your hair is dry and styled). The price is also a bit prohibitive, but I feel the performance is worth it.I would recommend to someone looking to achieve results that the product description gives. It delivers on it’s claims and this is a new staple in my routine now, despite being the priciest part of my hair routine now. I will absolutely repurchase.

    Best product for my hair
    I love using this on my hair daily. Makes it so soft and smells great. People notice when I use it, lots of compliments. Feels a little expensive but definitely worth the money. Just spray a little on each time to make it last.

    This is my third time repurchasing the Ouai leave in conditioner- and I don’t see my routine ever existing without it! It keeps my hair soft and shiny and has the amazing melrose place scent. My hair is typically super dry so I love how much hydration this gives me

    Improved hair, not the best smell
    Loved the ease of application, and it definitely improved the overall softness of my hair, just wish it did not smell like old perfume

    Moisturizing and smells amazing
    I have 1c/2a slightly wavy hair and this conditioner really helps to bring out the texture in my hair and keep it soft and shiny. The smell is also wonderful. It’s definitely strongly scented, though, so if you are someone who is bothered by strong scents this is not the product for you.

    Love it, even the perfume scent
    Works great as a derangler, anti frizz, heat protectant. It is VERY perfumey but I really like it.

    Smooth but smelly
    I used this product after shampooing and conditioning, and before using heat. It is very soothing to frizzy hair, and gave my hair a soft shiny look. My issue with it is the smell. It’s very perfumy. Way too much for my liking. I sprayed it on my hair and all I could think of was my grandmas house and how she smelled. Not that it stunk, just a very strong perfume smell that was not something I was fond of.

    I find that some leave in conditioners leave my hair really weighted down by the product and looking oily. I have thick, but fine hair so this can be a problem. This leave in conditioner works brilliantly. It leaves my hair nice and soft and it doesn’t feel weighted down. I’m quite happy and have repurchased it several times now.

    Only used this product twice so far but I can really see the changes it’s made to my hair. My hair feels less dry and more shiny and it smells amazing. It’s definitely improved the way my hair feels and a little goes a long way. Worth the price.
