Itâs good but â¦
Itâs good but if you have thicker hair on your body or even face, it becomes a struggle. Honestly itâs not bad but I just felt like it wasnât strong for me.

Really Good
I struggle with hirsutism meaning really thick black bold hairs grow on both my chin and upper lip. Iâve tried many different wax strips that are water based , hard wax and more and my hair usually grows back within 2-3 days. I waxed with this about a week ago and I have very minimal hair growth, my hairs are much thinner. I put it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and put a think layer in circular motions and used the included wax strips. Super easy to use!! I love it!

Terrible Experience â Super Sticky and Doesnât Work
I had high hopes for the Parissa Face & Body Sugar Wax, but it was a disaster. I followed the instructions carefully, but the wax was incredibly sticky and difficult to work with. At least I was able to remove it from my body, but it didnât remove any hair at all! It was frustrating and messy, and I ended up having to use another product to actually get the job done. Definitely would not recommend this for hair removalâsave your time and money!

Pretty awesome
It wasnât what I was looking food but exactly what I needed. What I truly love about it is the cleanup is so easy and it doesnât get everywhere. Wish it had more product sticks

My favorite wax.
Love this wax, it works well but is also gentlier then hard wax. I like you can reuse a strip to get more hair with less wax. It washes off super easy and heats up well

Happy to find this wax. I was looking for a cruelty free wax and am happy this is leaping bunny certified. It comes with two large wooden stick and a smaller one which I assume if for the upper lip area/small areas. First I washed my underarms with soap and dried them well. I then placed the wax container on a microwave safe plate & heated the wax as the instructions said for 20 seconds at 10 sec intervals but I found the wax was still hard. So I heated it for 20 seconds and then 30 seconds and it made the wax warm enough. I stirred it a little and let it cool for a while until it was not as liquidy and not too hot. I applied a thin layer to my underarms and quickly applied the strip. Rubbed it good for a bit. Ripped it off in the direction of the hair and it came off. Not sure it removed the hair from the roots but it took it off. I’m glad I didn’t need to shave as I don’t have a lot of hair anyways since I had laser before. The wax left no irritation, has no smell and the ingredient list is simple & natural. Also it comes with a good amount of strips and I cut them in half so it was easier to use. Cleanup was also very easy. The wax was easy to wash off and the wooden stick was also easy to clean off for more uses. Product is also made in Canada which is nice.

Great wax for sensitive skin! Gentle yet effective at removing hair without irritation. The texture is smooth, easy to apply, and washes off easily with water.

I think many of the bad reviews may be from users confusing the sugar ‘wax’ for traditional wax, or trying to use it the same way.I started sugaring because waxing would leave my skin red for days. With this product, the redness is gone withing an hour or two. You only need to heat the sugar up a little. For a full jar that’s about 15-20 seconds in the microwave in total. Give it a stir to ensure you have no ‘hot spots.’ You want the product to be barely warm, and still a rather thick consistency in order to adhere properly.Be sure to use some isopropyl alcohol on the spots you want to remove hair from first. Allow the area to air dry after applying the alcohol. This will prevent a lot of the ingrown hairs and blemishes from forming in the first few days after the hair removal process, which is especially important if you are using this on your face.I find it helpful to cut the strips down to about 1.5″ by 3″ and work in small patches. After applying a thin layer of sugar, press the epilation strip down on the sugar, and gently but firmly rub the strip over the sugared skin to ensure the hair will adhere to the strip.Be sure to wipe the rim of the sugar container down well after use, to get rid of any stickiness and ensure the container stays easy to open. I find a jar of this stuff lasts a lot longer than the sticks and strips that come with it, so I occasionally buy the replacement Parissa non-woven cloth strips to use use up the remaining sugar wax.

The product came with a crushed box which I overlooked the issue was the wax itself I have been professionally waxing and sugaring for 10 years and this product did not remove the hair down to the follicle. I do not recommend this product. I even tried heating to twice the temperature recommended and still it did not remove the hair to the follicle which is the point of waxing and sugary so the smooth last longer my legs were rough to touch.
