    Why does this product formula separate?
    I order this eye cream regularly for years. When opening My September 24 purchase , I see that the cream has separated between the oil and the cream. This is the second time this has happened in as many years. The first time it happened, I returned and was given a new jar…which was fine. This time, I thought I would try stirring it up good to see if it would return to the consistency it should be. No luck, but I’ve been trying to use it still and not sure I’m getting the full benefit for this expensive cream and I’m not sure the manufacturer will replace since I opened and tried to use it . Why is this product so inconsistent? Guess I will start buying it from a brick and mortar store because I get a sense that it may be stored in temperatures that cause the cream to separate. (That’s not scientific, but the way.)

    Second time in a row that I have to return it. Very disappointed
    Second time in a row that I have to ask for a replacement. I’ve been using this product for years now and I love it even though is a bit pricey. I know exactly how is its texture and appearance and 3 weeks ago the one that they sent me was opened, without the precinct and the cream was in a bad condition (liquid and cream apart) so I asked for a replacement that arrived really soon (just 1 day) but it was also a bad product: usually, the good one gets absorbed by your skin very quick and smoothly but this last one doesn’t penetrate my skin and remains as if it was a face mask.

    OK but expensive
    I ordered this as I think PCA discontinued their EyeXcellence Cream. There is no comparison – EyeXcellence is worth every penny. I wouldn’t say this is moisturizing which is disappointing. But it does improve appearance. I’m on the hunt for something like EyeXcellence. Why do companies get rid of their best stuff?

    Best eye cream ever!!!
    This is a great eye cream that really delivers noticeable positive results. It smoothes out creepy skin around thieves with consistent continued use in your every morning & night regimen. It also fades dark circles from under the eyes.

    Great eye cream! I’m a product junkie but will stay loyal with this on. The only thing is- you don’t need a lot at once. It can feel a little canoe if you use too much.

    Definitely helps brighten and tighten your eye area. Better product than the Clarins eye serum I bought for more money. Not bad at all for the cost.
