    Works great as step 1 in a 2 step facial cleansing
    This cleansing balm is an oil based cleanser that I use as step 1 in a 2 step facial cleansing process in the evenings. It works great to remove my makeup and sunscreen and helps to prep my face for serums and moisturizers. This product is a little firmer than the other cleansing balms that I’ve tried. It comes with a little scooper to scoop it out of the container. I like that better than using my fingers because it keeps the remainder cleaner. Once it’s scooped it needs to be warmed up a little with my fingers before I spread it on my face. I find that I don’t need to use as much of this balm as I had been with my previous product so I feel as though it’s very economical. It has a light fresh kind of floral smell that I like very much.So far I’ve liked every product that I’ve tried by this brand.

    Works great!
    I have been looking for a great makeup remover & i think I’ve found it! It works great for my skin, it smells great, it leaves my skin soft & supple. Take my makeup off great, and a little goes a very long way for me. I just rinse with water after it everything washes off well, of course follow with your cleanser and at the end your skin feels amazing!

    This really cleans my face and moisturizes my skin. It has a very light scent which smells good. I also rub some on my hands while I clean my face. It just feels good. I like using face moisturizers, etc on my hands to help it since I am aging. I will be purchasing again. I also use their Essence toner and purchased it twice. Nice products and I do recommend.

    Leaves my skin clean and soft
    I love this cleansing balm. It does a great job removing my makeup without feeling harsh. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated, not dry and tight.

    I have combination of dry and oily skin so this product didn’t work well for me personally but it could still work well for others. This product is sadly not cruelty free which I didn’t realize when I bought it. As far as preformance goes, it was a nice cleanser but I still got blackheads and pimples while using it and the texture on my skin was disappointing. Id say cleansing with a washcloth is the only way you would get sooth skin using this product. It was easy to use with the little scooper that comes with the container and it’s a good size container, lasted me a month with me cleansing day and night every day. I wouldn’t call it moisturizing but it doesn’t dry out your skin either. It feels nice to put on and it doesn’t leave a strong residue. It didn’t make my eyes or face burn (I have eczema and sensitive skin) so I can tell the ingredients are natural and not irritating for the skin. The container it comes in is super cute and the balm itself wasn’t too thick and it was nice and soft. Doesn’t have any artificial smells so it kinda just smells like plants.

    Really nice formula
    This is my first time using a cleansing balm and wow! It’s a cream but melts into this soothing oil and feels amazing. Absolutely no stinging, burning or irritation. Recently found out I have perioral dermatitis which is like a redness around my chin and nose so looking for calming formula this did the trick. Definitely a big sized jar for the price. My face isn’t dry or tight after the wash. I love that it came with a small spoon to scoop a cup easily use. Very light scent

    Amazing!
    I’ve only had this for about a week but I’m in love. Its really gentle on my skin and removes all my makeup and cleans out my pores so well. After the first use I was hooked. It pretty thick but as soon as you rub it together in your hands it melts like butter. It is a great value for the price and a little goes a long way. The sheer performance of this product blew me away. You definitely need this on your routine!

    decent cleansing balm but strong scent
    Been trying various cleansing balms, purchased this one because the cost was very affordable, especially for the quantity/size of the jar. The texture was nice and soft and the product melted nicely once it touched my face. But it had a strong perfume-y scent that I found quite bothersome. I’ve tried using it a few more times after the initial impression, but I’m still turned off by the fragrance- it’s just too strong.

    So,as a 46 year old lady who still struggles with oily skin, blocked pores and some “monthly pimples” along the jaw line, this product is great for getting off sunblock at the end of the day.It comes with a little spatula to reduce contamination ( as long as that is kept clean ) and has very little.scent.It turns “oily” with very little effort, rinses easily and effortlessly, while living skin soft, clean without any tight feel.I also have used the essence before, and that was great, as well.I love that the brand uses natural ingredients that anyone can use.I also appreciate such quality products being at an obtainable price point for a lot of folks :)Oh, I haven’t tried removing makeup with it yet , as I don’t normally wear it but when I do I will update my review.
