   This tool is nifty. Definitely not something for any sort of volume bartending but I’ve used it a few times at small catering gigs. Mostly I use it at home or if I visit someone’s apartment (I usually am requested to make cocktails). If you are an “on the move” cocktail maker in some sense, this tool is for you.Note: it is not the easiest peeler and y-peeler to use. You need to use proper technique while operating for quality garnishes.
