    It reall works well . . .
    This wheeled saddle stool is surprisingly comfortable, and actually does encourage one to sit up straight, maintaining good posture. I’ve tried using it at a computer desk, as a shop stool, and my most likely routine usage – a guitar stool. I’m just a hobby musician, but trust me – prolonged sessions of practice and/or studio time can take its toll on one’s spine if one’s posture is poor (remember, you’ve only got one back). This saddle stool does indeed make a positive difference.The saddle stool arrived several days ahead of the estimated delivery date (via UPS). Packaging was intact, no damage.Assembly was quite easy, no tools needed . . . (well, almost – more on that later).There are four components; a black plastic base, five plastic casters, a hydraulic cylinder, and the seat assembly with height adjustment arm. The five casters fit into the (rather sturdy) plastic base with hand pressure; split rings snug each into place. The hydraulic cylinder is a simple press fit into the base, and feels quite secure. The seat assembly is a simple press fit onto the top shaft of the hydraulic cylinder.Now, a word of caution . . . It is not reflected on the single page of instructions/diagrams; but, be certain to orient the saddle assembly so the height adjustment arm is where you want it as you would sit on the saddle (right or left hand access) before you fit/press the saddle onto the hydraulic cylinder shaft.Trust me, once pressed into place that saddle is secure.Of course, one can correct such a mistake by loosening/removing the four (4) 10mm bolts that secure the steel seat mounting plate to the underside of the seat. Rotate the mounting plate as needed and secure with the 10mm bolts – all fixed. You need not ask how I came to know this . . .The casters roll easily on hard surface flooring, leaving no marks. They roll almost as well on carpet (didn’t try it on shag), but a plastic carpet protector pad might be wise. The stool feels stable and does not rock, even at its maximum height (about 23”/5.85cm) on carpet. Seat padding is firm but comfortable. The leatherette (vinyl?) seat cover is taut without any ripples, pulls, or imperfections. A lone double-stitched seam crosses the front surface of the seat; another runs along the front edge – neither interferes with the stool’s overall comfort.At its lowest height (about 17”/4.3cm), the overall size of the stool seems considerably diminished and easily tucks away under a table, in a closet, etc. If space is a consideration, that’s pretty cool.Overall, I am very happy with this saddle stool. Its potential uses are limited only by one’s imagination.If you’re looking for this style stool, I found this to be a solid product, worthy of recommendation.

    Very comfortable seat.
    Easy to assemble, no tools necessary. Took me about 5 min to put together. Seat is very comfortable. I sit on a stool several hours a day & my old stool was giving me a bachache. Sat on this one for about 4 hrs today…no bachache. Love the wheels. They roll quite easy on carpets & are silent on the hardwood floors. The only issue I have is the handle to raise/lower the seat is in the back & I have a little trouble reaching it but otherwise it is much morecomfortable than a flat seat stool.

    Exactly as advertised!
    Easy to assemble, sturdy, easy to clean and perfect for my salon suite! I prefer the saddle chair to a flat chair for my back, and it us a good range on heights as well, if you’re a hairdresser, I highly recommend getting a cutting stool!

    Different wheels
    I was trying to get a rolling stool with roller blade wheels, this has office chair wheels. I want it too roll more freely.Otherwise the stool is good. Easy to assemble, moderately cushioned, ring lever all the way around – easy to adjust height, sturdy, easy to pick up and carry.I am keeping the stool for a different location where I don’t need scoot around as much.

    High quality materials
    This item was very easy to assemble and is excellent quality. It is also very comfortable to sit on. Seems to improve back posture. The roller skate style wheels allow this product to roll on any surface very easily.

    Great stool but it’s to short.
    Very comfortable and sturdy, but too short for what I need it for. I am a hairdresser and it’s not tall enough. I will be looking to change out the cylinder, hopefully that will work. 🤞🏼

    The headline says it all, The assembly was under 5 min. the seat is comfortable. Stable even at full height.Works for sitting at a desk or even at counter height.Ordered additional stools for office and garage use.
