Thoughts: There are some tips and notes at the beginning, but basically, this is pages for you to fill in with things like: what you ate, drank, how you slept, your energy levels, mood, what was on your mind, how you cared for yourself and more. For people who have issues, this might help you track whatâs happening and maybe why. There are enough pages for you to track ninety days.Recommendation: This is a decent journaling book. I got it as an ebook for review, but I recommend the physical book â and spiral bound if they have it. I know Iâll be looking for it for myself.Disclaimer: Thanks to Rockridge Press for providing this review copy. Got it for my bf
I got it for my bf to keep his weight in check and he says it’s great. He fills it out everyday and it let’s him see his progress throughout his weightloss journey on how he feels and his eating schedules
