    Nice, Neat, and Valuable Book for True Self-Care!
    Super high-quality planner. Nice tabs and unique sections I have not yet seen in other personal growth planners. Both functional and uplifting which keeps me on track without feeling like a daily chore which is awesome! The daily affirmations and guided prompts keep me motivated, grounded, and is perfect for the ultimate self-reflection. This self-care workbook definitely gets you thinking and writing thoughts down that I do truly believe is beneficial for any person long-term.One of my favorite parts of this planner is… that its NOT overwhelming like so many other planners I have tried on amazon. It is easy and simple to fill out on a daily basis and would work great for any beginner or advanced person for their self-care.This is just what I needed and exactly what I expected from this brand. I’ve purchased all of their planners thus far and have not been disappointed with any of them. Love the mindset shift with this one. Highly recommend!3 sheets of the shiny ROSE GOLD stickers are beautiful too! Love this style and color !!!

    I have used one of their other planners before and really liked it so figured I would give this one a shot. Not only is it beautiful, it really is designed with personal growth in mind. Filled with thought provoking questions and reflections in addition to the planner pages.

    I purchased this Self Care Journal after searching for a thorough wellness planner to support my mental health journey, and it has truly exceeded my expectations! This guided self-care journal offers the perfect blend of daily reflection prompts, gratitude sections, and a detailed self-care assessment in the very beginning (other wellness planners I’ve tried never had this section), making it easy to stay mindful and focused on my goals every day. The questions and prompts certainly get you thinking about things that you probably would have not of thought of otherwise.I feel a noticeable difference in my stress levels since starting. The journal’s rose gold cover adds a special touch, making it feel like a luxury self-care tool, while the bonus sticker sheets are a fun way to personalize each entry. I will say the rose gold makes it a bit girly but my girl and I are both using one and the inside material is too good so I don’t even care about the girly color.Another thing I absolutely love is the 10 x 7.5 size. Some people think that is too big.. but for me its perfect. Makes everything easier to read with my bad eyes and plenty of space to write in my thoughts. It’s light enough to carry around if I am on the go or traveling too.I’ve noticed that setting aside time to write has helped me develop a positive daily routine, and the thoughtful prompts encourage me to focus on self-love and personal growth. Who knew a little daily writing would help so much! I wasn’t a believer but my girlfriend talked me into it.. and I’ve been actually enjoying the daily writing and affirmations.If you’re considering this mental health journal/self love/self care workbook, go for it! It’s well worth the investment in yourself.

    Less is more!
    These are the things I like:- easy to fill in- straightforward questions- simple and attainable goal format- it’s pretty and I like the quality of paper.- I like the flow of the journal “the purpose”- I see myself using it in the mornings and before bed- strictly for self care so I think it will keep me focused- easy to follow throughOverall:I really see it being useful to get me started on formatted journaling. I think it will help on following through on achieving personal goals.

    this book is absolutely beautiful and i’m so excited to use it and start my journey. the paper and cover are excellent thick quality and even the spiral is well made. it doesn’t feel cheap and the pages have really lovely prompts to get you on your way!

    This planner is a very detailed planner. It is durable and labeled with everything you could need to provide the best self care and staying on target.

    Love the idea but…
    First impression: nice quality, thick pages but not thick enough for heavy ink that bleeds just not flimsy and cheap feeling. Spiral is nice, if you fold your covers back this one does well with not damaging the pages. Stickers are nice quality!the more I go through the book the less I think it’s for me. I’m not a daily affirmation person and I feel like this book is majority that. There are many other good parts of this book but half the book is writing daily affirmations. I’m not one who does well with too much freedom and having to fill in blank pages gets overwhelming and my thoughts get scattered. I love the explore pages that ask questions but as soon as it got to affirmations I lost it. I may have an affirmation that I stick with for days but to come up with one every day is a bit much for me when I like to have a routine.The layout is night in the beginning however I’m not a fan of how the daily is it’s on tab then you have to flip to the weekly and the monthly which are also their own tab. I prefer more of a month to month organization. This is more a personal preference though.Overall book seems nice and helpful. If you don’t enjoy the daily affirmations, maybe pass on this one since it is majority of the book and it would leave a lot of blank pages.
