    I love these journals
    These help me to stay on track and tackle small goals while working to one big goal a day. It’s also nice to kind and look over what you’ve done in a day. My only gripe is how short it is – I would really love to buy one of these as a year long journal instead of 3 months. Vibrant colors, thick paper, worth the money.

    Nice Prompts, But Really It’s Identical To Many Others And Costs $2 More
    On the one hand, this is a nice little basic daily journal with identical prompts on every page. On the other hand, there are hundreds of those, and they aren’t marketed as a self-care journal, because they aren’t self-care journals. This is marketed as a self-care journal when it’s really just a normal everyday standard-prompt journal that asks you to answer the same questions every single day. Of course, I’m not taking off any stars for that, since it’s a normal journal, just like every other one on the market with these pages inside of them. But I thought I should mention it, in case anyone really wants a self-care journal.That said, in the end, this comes down to an issue of what makes this different from other identical journals, so that you’d want to choose this one. And the answer is that you don’t want to choose this one, because it actually costs more than the same thing under a different listing/name. I have a responsibility to everyone to consider all issues here, and the truth is that, while this is perfectly fine and well-made and has excellent printing of the prompts, it’s identical to three others I tried just in the last year, and yet it costs more than the one I bought a friend a few weeks ago. It always makes me sad when it comes down to money, because who wants that to be the deciding factor. And yet, it really does, in this case, come down to dollars and cents.This little journal costs just a bit more than the same journal under different names in other listings, at least today and for the last couple of months. Because it’s truly the same and identical journal being sold all over the place with different covers and in different colors and with gold or silver or grey or white letters on the cover, I have to say to go with the cheaper one when you’re looking at this journal.Today, this is ten bucks, and it has been for a while, while the other is eight, and then another is nine, and those prices have also remained fairly stable for the last month or so. If this goes down to eight, or if all others go up to eleven, and you find that this is the cheapest one on the day, then this is your winner. If the others stay cheaper than this, even though it’s identical, there is no reason to buy this one when you could buy the cheaper and identical option, unless this one arrives on the same day or something and you need it for a gift you forgot to buy a friend.Basically, it’s a great little journal, so it’s a deal if it’s on sale for less than others are charging, but it’s more expensive right now, so maybe wait until it’s on sale or buy a cheaper one.
