   Excellent Support
   Part of the reason for buying this was the two year warranty, even if not expecting to ever need it.Initially the towel warmer fully met out expectations but after about 6 months it did die.Getting to contact the vendor for support required first dealing with Amazon Support, which was not trivial. But when thy finally coughed up the contact to the vendor, things were flying. The vendor’s support team responded quickly, addressed the issue and followed up until (and after) the replacement was received.I fully expect the new unit to work for years and I am comfortable knowing that the vendor stands behind the product should there ever be an issue

   Only worked once
   This product only worked once. By the end of the hour that I was using it, it showed it was turned on but I didn’t feel heat anymore. I have tried several times since to turn it on and the red light shows it is on, but no heat at all

   Decent towel for nail store
   My mother runs a nail store and I got this StateRiver hot towel warmer for her customers. And it turns out to be great for them. This warmer is quite large compared to others. It is able to hold 60 towels at the Maximum. The temperature can go up to 175F’. Since the internal is made of oxidized aluminum it is not going to rust. Cleaning is also quite easy, just removed the trays and wipe the interior. Decent investment for keep customers moistured

   Barber must have!
   I love it. I usually put 10 towels in at a time, but can store probably 20. It gets really hot. I also have a timer on it (and lather machine) so both can be hot when I get to work. Because it does take a little while for towels to get hot.

   It works, it has a plastic smell to it when it warms up.It also heats up my entire office, so it’s not very insulated. It’s basically worth the price you pay.
