practical and encouraging resource for every woman
This book offers a well-organized and thoughtful approach to pelvic floor health. It covers a wide range of topics in a way thatâs easy to understand, without being overly medical or too simplified. I found the tips practical and appreciated that the advice was aimed at women of different ages and life stages. The author avoids scare tactics and instead focuses on empowering solutions. Itâs not just about exercises, but also about understanding your body better and knowing how to talk to healthcare providers. A useful and reassuring guide worth reading.

Essential info for women’s health
This is a detailed and thoroughly researched book on a subject that most women know little to nothing about. The information is eye opening and helpful to women of all ages. Whether having issues or not, it is a great resource to have. It is well written and it’s very clear that the author is passionate about helping women understand their body and take charge of their health. It is a needed source on a subject that is easy to ignore due to embarrassment. The author’s personal and compassionate approach can bring comfort to a reader who is suffering with these issues. I whole heartedly recommend it for younger and older women alike.

Easy to understand with examples to strengthen this vital organ
A very illustrative book that shows with diagrams and examples the role of the pelvic floor and the most important element is that it has exercises to counteract and strengthen the pelvic floor. Very easy to understand. I love the images. I feel that I was in a biology class. Very descriptive
