    So nourishing
Super moisturizing and my skin simply glows after using. Love vanicream’s ingredients and the fact that it never irritates my super sensitive skin. It definitely leaves my skin shiny, though I think that may just be standard for most vitamin c serums. It’s got a light natural scent, though it’s not from parfums or anything, it’s literally just the product. It’s somewhat thick going on, but absorbs over the course of a few hours.

best vitamin c for sensitive skin people
I have a sensitive skin but I also wanted to enjoy the benefits of vitamin C serum so I got a recommendation from a dermatologist to use this. It absorbs like a dream and not only it does not irritate my skin and does not cause any reddness like others but it also moisturize my skin. It really exceeded my expectation and when I first tried it I literally read the whole box again to make sure it is what I bought. I could not believe that vitamin C serum could be so gentle and smooth on my skin. Now even people prone to irritations and red skin can enjoy radiant and bright skin tone with hydration not dryness. Also it is very lightweight and not greasy at all so you can use it as a base layer twice a day (yes unlike fruit – vitamin C serum is better to use in your day AND night routine) under make up or under your night moisturizer, even with usage of other normally irritating products (like Tretinoin) without further irritation. I definitely recommend this active form of Vitamin C serum and it is my new go to. If you are hesitating – BUY IT!

Lightweight, Creamy Serum. Not Greasy! Large PUMP container! Fragrance Free.
Sinks in beautifully! No flushing. No oily/greasy or sticky/tacky feeling- Making it great for any state your skin might be in, & any skin type. Spreads easily across a large area, so you can apply it with a VERY light touch! No friction on delicate skin. 🥰 Best of friends with my skin when delicate and all else burns! 😍 Great for sensitive skin in general!Vitamin C is REQUIRED for collagen production, and cell repair, most of which happens at night. ✨️🌙 Our skin does get more Vitamin C when absorbed through our skin than taken orally (though Vitamins are important, too!). During the day, Vitamin C also fights against damaging substances in your skin, which otherwise break down collagen and cell health- Making it an Antioxidant. It *helps* your sunscreen fight against harmful UV and pollution, but it does not replace it!Deep, gentle hydration.. feels AMAZING. Lovely Ceramides. 5% THD, a stable lipid soluble form of Vitamin C- And the one with the most research showing efficacy compared to other Vitamin C Esters… Aka not Ascorbic Acid, which is extremely irritating and Water Soluble, requiring a higher percentage of the irritating ingredient. So this 5% version of THD is perfect for sensitive skin!Lots of product, in a pump to maintain product integrity and ease of use!No ‘slip’ or gross silicone feeling. Just pure skincare. ✨️No Fragrance, Dyes, Lanolin, Parabens or Formaldehyde Releasers. Has no odor whatsoever.

    Good for sensitive skin
This works pretty good on my sensitive skin and I like the results I did experience a little redness (my skin is highly reactive) but reduced the amount I was using and also switched to every other day. I then worked my way up to using it in small amounts daily and I’m fine now. Vanicream is a great product.

Results in smoother skin, no irritation
I have peri oral dermatitis and this doesn’t irritate my skin. Great for morning and night. No smell, no greasy. I think it leaves slightly brighter skin. More for moisture than for true brightening, but I really like it for routine use

    Simple vitamin C Cream
I really like this vitamin C cream for its simple, pure clean ingredients. I have zero irritation with it and the cream is like a barrier cream with vitamin C in it. Love that it’s not greasy, lightweight but moisturizing. Does not make me breakout, as I have sensitive skin.

This is a very solid and nice product. It delivers and it has a very nice user experience over all.

    A Skincare Staple
Vanicream Vitamin C Serum has become an indispensable part of my skincare routine. As someone with sensitive skin prone to redness and irritation, finding effective skincare products can be a challenge. However, this serum has exceeded my expectations in every way. What sets Vanicream apart is its gentle yet potent formula. The Vitamin C concentration is just right – enough to brighten and even out my skin tone, without causing any irritation. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the overall appearance of my skin since incorporating this serum into my routine. My complexion looks more radiant, and my skin feels smoother and more hydrated.Another standout feature of this serum is its lightweight texture. It absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving no greasy residue behind. This makes it perfect for layering with other skincare products or applying makeup on top.I also appreciate the thoughtful packaging of Vanicream Vitamin C Serum. The opaque bottle helps protect the stability of the Vitamin C and ensures its potency remains intact.

This is my second purchase of this Vitamin C serum. Goes on smoothly and doesn’t make my skin tingle or feel overly sensitive. I can use this twice a day and even together with retinoic acid which is unheard of. I believe it’s because of the THD ester form of vitamin C in this product which is suppose to be more stable. Topical Vitamin C with ascorbic acid tends to over sensitize my skin and stain my white clothes so I never have used up full containers but with this I’m already about to start a second tube and have 3 more back ups. If you’re using this with other actives like retinol/retnoic acid, I’d give about 10-20 minutes between the products to let them settle into skin. Other than that, this is my very favorite vitamin C serum that I’ll continue to use.

The product is what it says on the label. No irritation. This may be due to the low amount of 5 vitamin Cin the product and no L-asorbic acid.

I received a damaged product. And I doubt that it is authentic. Not happy with handling

So perfect for us that are unable to stand pure ascorbic acid. Results may take a while(stay consistent!) but at least it doesnt mess with the skin barrier.
