    Love the portability
    Edit: If you have an issue with the diffuser, contact the seller. They will walk you through the issue. I could have taken care of the problem without returning it. Excellent customer service!Edit: Stopped working just before the 30 days. Another person bought the warranty and even had issues with that. So disappointed! I really liked it when it was working.Works well and easy to use. Depending on needs you can adjust the time and intensity. The battery definitely lasts much longer with the light off. I move it from room to room, and even in my car and closet. I have used it on the patio as well. Worth the extra money.

    The nebulizer works a long time on a single charge. Level of output and strength can be adjusted. Attractive. Fragrance output on high is very good.

    What a great product = chemical free freshness
    We have dogs and I want a fresh home without too much chemical. I love how this takes essentials oils and diffuses without a candle or heat. High my recommend.

    charge does not last long enough!
    I have several waterless diffusers and this by far uses the battery up faster than any of my rechargeable diffusers (I do not use lights on any of them). It is made well and pretty, but the charge is my most important aspect of these rechargeable diffusers, this one on a one light misting has to be charged every day to day and a half. Big pain. A much cheaper diffuser DI FIORI 2024 I only charge about every 4 to 5 days and usually have it set on misting level of 2 or 3. If they could improve the battery on the VELNUE I would have given it a 5 star due to looks and being a stone type of material.

    It doesn’t work well.
    This is not good. The lights don’t match with the buttons. It doesn’t stay on long before turning off. It hasn’t worked the way the instructions said it should since day one. I got the runaround about getting a replacement. I don’t have the time, or energy to send something like this back, that’s why I shop on Amazon. Lesson learned.

    We bought our first Cove diffuser last year, after buying several other diffusers – waterless and vapor-based ones. Those had been made of plastic, with cheap, unreliable parts. We figured for $100 we might as well take a chance. Well, I’m glad we did.Out of the box, the Cove diffuser is a heavyweight, ceramic diffuser with a really cool metal topper. It’s super-easy to use – you just fill the free oil vial with your favorite essential oils (Bergamot, Frankincense, Black Pepper and Vanilla is a great mix!), screw the vial into the receiver, pop that into the main unit, plug in and you’ll have your house smelling amazing within seconds!Coverage is great – our main floor is about 850 sqft and you can tell when it’s on in every room. The 6 settings (duration & strength x 3) allow you to choose the intensity you want. On the lowest setting for both, I’d say we get about 3 weeks out of one vial before having to refill and probably 4-5 days of run-time before we have to recharge the unit via USB. The Cove diffuser works without being plugged in when charged, so you can move it from room to room.We loved the first one we bought so much, that we bought a second one for our second floor. These things are versatile, well built, look great and are relatively cost-effective when you consider you won’t have to replace the poor-quality, Chinese junk that most like us had been buying.The added bonus for us is that these are Canadian made and we definitely like to promote a quality, Canadian product when we can. Our friends & relatives from Canada & the UK have all commented on how great they are. I suspect these will be Christmas gifts next year! Thanks, Velnue! We love your product!

    I have been using diffusers for over 10 years now, have used all the well known brands in the market, including the Velnue Mirage which was my absolute favourite before trying this new new.First of all I was super impressed by the excellent service it was delivered in less than 24 hrs, love being surprised by earlier than expected deliveries at my front door.The elegant stylish design exceeded my expectations, have to admit I am not into funny shapes and plastic faux wood so this was a sale feature for me and it actually looks better than in the picture, it is elegant and understated, it will fit perfectly in any room; the light is warm and dim so it adds up to the ambience.Finally the efficiency, it lives up to its promises. I had it running in the medium setting for 8 hrs and it did a fantastic job at dispersing the scent throughout the living room, dinning room and kitchen (Approx. 700 sqft) and it is silent.All in all this is my new favourite diffuser

    A big change from traditional ultrasonic diffusers the scent is purer because the oil isn’t watered down. These are also easier to maintain.

    It’s a little loud and battery doesn’t last as long as others I have owned, but I am happy with duration and strength settings and would buy again as long as it holds up
