   Love At First Shave
   I have PCOS. The hair on my chin can get really annoying. After years of using a razor I decided I needed something that isn’t disposable. I had another handheld shaver but I dropped it. It immediately stopped working. I decided to get this as its replacement. It’s love at first shave. I didn’t have to go over my chin multiple times. It even got the hairs that grow around the scar under my chin. The other one didn’t leave me as smooth as quickly as this one did. I won’t use it for it’s other purposes so I won’t be able to speak on the bikini area or armpit shaving. There is a head in there for that. You take the larger head off to attach that one for the bikini area. I’m thrilled to be completely smooth for the first time ever. If you’re like me and have PCOS I highly recommend this shaver if you wish to rid your face of those pesky hairs. If I could change one thing it would be to have an actual case to store it in. It doesn’t have one. That’s not a deal breaker, though. I can’t stop alternating between typing and feeling my chin. It just feels so smooth.

   Missing vital part & Return process is a nightmare
   Trying to return for supposed to be free but told I need to pay $8 for UPS to pick up the pkg. UPS delivered pkgs to me yesterday but did not pick up the one I had marked to pick up. Had requested label be mailed to me. How am I supposed to return it? What more crap do I have to ddeal with until time to return expires? Came with USB cord but no adapter. How are you supposed to charge without adapter?
